Step back in time and stay at this newly remodeled studio! This cozy Studio is Decorated beautifully with rustic decor. It sits directly behind a small cottage home that is also a VRBO rental. This studio does not share anything with the cottage. The studio has a nice covered sitting area in the backyard with gas grill, private parking in the backyard accessible by an alley. You will find all the comforts of home, Roku Smart TV. Wireless Internet, Full kitchen with all utensils And everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. This carriage house studio is literally two minute walk to Historic downtown new port richey. Walk to the beautiful Cotee river that runs through town and along beautiful Sims Park. Explore many restaurants, rooftop bar, cigar bar, several antique shops and a country bar for line dancing. Historic downtown has So much Entertainment to offer to a vast majority of age groups. The Communal pool and city owned water park is less than a half mile away. A small entry fee for approximately $5 gets you full day use of the water park playground and pool. Many outdoor restaurants that are pet friendly as well as several craft breweries all within walking distance. It was a nice quiet place. Patrick is a great host he went above and beyond for me which made my stay so much more enjoyable. i would recommend this place for anyone who is a couple or alone i would rent again.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved being here! It was perfect for us and our pets. Close to everything we needed, with great areas to walk, as well as getting to see some of the downtown sights. And Patrick was so gracious and available in helping us with any questions, directions and suggestions. There is a laundromat close by too and that was really nice. This is a cozy place and we will definitely be coming back here when we are back in the area!

Dixieland Delight

Dixieland Delight is a small studio location. It was very clean, modern, with a cute decoration style. The host was very communicative and we had no issues with either the host or the rental. The neighborhood was more residential than I had expected, but within walking/driving distance of many restaurants, etc. I felt that the neighborhood though was safe, I walked my dog all hours of the day and night without feeling unsafe. We enjoyed our visit here.

Great Location, Super Host!

Dixieland Delight was a perfect spot for my husband, me and our Miniature Schnauzer to be close to my mom's rehab facility and then be able to walk in the park at the end of the day and to one of the several great downtown restaurants. Patrick was the most gracious host and went above and beyond on more than one occasion! We'll definitely stay with him again when we come to see family in the area. The studio is just perfect for a couple, and there wasn't anything we wanted for during our stay. Thanks, Patrick!

I thought the rental was wonderful. It was very tastefully decorated and well supplied. I did not have any complaints. I did see there were things that need to be repaired but I’m sure you’re aware of them and that’s why your closed for a while. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in such a nice place so close to downtown.

Convenient and cozy

I stayed at this property for three months as a traveling health professional. My husband came and stayed with me some weekends. As a lone person who was mostly working during her time there, the space was perfect and had all the basic necessities to make it feel at home. Could feel a bit tight if you were bringing lots of items and had a second person with you, but otherwise it encouraged you to explore outside the rental. I utilized the air fryer oven way more than I thought I would! Patrick was also very timely when it came to answering any questions or concerns. I needed stronger internet as I am also a grad school student, and he was able to accommodate and provide that for me. It is a smaller rental at the back of another rental site, but I was given notice whenever someone else would stay in the other rental, so that I wouldn’t be alarmed. There is fencing that gives you privacy of your door in case anyone is out on the patio of the other property. This was located within walking distance to downtown new port richey! Easy to enjoy all the restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at this rental if you wanted a solo or couple adventure in NPR. Make sure you speak to Patrick before booking so he can make you feel comfortable about your stay like he did for me!

This was a great place to stay, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the little patio for my coffee and devotional in the morning. I enjoyed my stay and would come again. Patrick was very professional and friendly, he was quick to respond to any questions. I will be back.
