We were a party of four 70 year olds. We did not like the spiral staircase to the master suite and used the outdoor stairs to get to the bedroom. The third full bath was attached to the pool table room on the opposite side of the house with three bedrooms. It was used but was inconvenient since one needed to go through the living area to shower. The kitchen, porch and living area were great. I would not recommend for older folks. Just a side note the shampoo and conditioning pump bottles did not work.

Stayed in Ruidoso to attend the air races in Roswell and had a great time. This place is perfect for evenings after a day at the races: fire pit, game room, nearby restaurants, overall five star experience!

Perfect overnight stop!

This property accomodates a 1 night minumum which was all we needed as we were just passing through. Clean, updated, and loaded with fun ammenities for the kids.

Excellent house for family of 6

The house sits high enough to enjoy the mountain views and is really close to restaurants and shopping. The 5 bedrooms allowed our family privacy and the game room brought us together to play pool and the arcade. It has a large kitchen and comfy furniture in the living room. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely book again the next time we visit Ruidoso.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time with family. The property was great! We enjoyed playing pool and on the arcade game. It was a perfect stop to get away and spend a relaxing few days with the family. Will definitely be coming back to this one!

Birthday Getaway

Went out there to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday during spring break. The place was perfect, plenty of space and things for my kids and the young at heart to do. Having Pac-Man there was a huge plus for them. Definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Loved it!

We went up for a winter getaway for one night. Our party enjoyed the cleanliness, space, billiards game room, and hot tub. This is a spacious house in near every fun activity you could think of in Ruidoso NM. The owner replies quickly and is very accommodating. We will be booking again!

This home is beautiful and cozy, a few issues with cleaniness in spa and oven, no propane to use - bottles were empty and we didn't have time to go fill them ourselves. Host was readily available but we are not liking 10 am time to leave too early but great home
