Amazing outside entertainment area

The inside has plenty of room but not as modern as other homes in the area. Has a little wear but good use of space and comfortably held a family of 4 with friends coming in and out. The pool hot tub is wonderful and we spent 90% of our time outside so it was a great space for us The village is quite a ways a way. Would suggest renting a golf cart if you are vacationing here.

Good

Decent location but you do need a car to get places. Listing said can walk to the beach but it’s very small on the channel. Pool and hot tub were great. May not be the best for young families house a bit older and can’t handle everyday wear and tear that comes with children. Price seemed high for what the house was and where compared to some others. Owner was responsive yes but several things not working ex: TVs (had to be connected to internet), grill, fireplace and pool automation acting up. More communication than I’d have preferred

This house was absolutely what we were looking for.

We enjoyed a week here enjoyed the pool and hot tub, perfect backyard area. Could use a better grill to cook on but other than that everything was great!

You’ll feel right at home at this cozy beach cottage! Centrally located for easy access to fun surrounding area. Great owner to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Siesta Key

My wife and I stayed here on our vacation to Siesta Key and it was great. Lots of room in the house and it was really clean and well-kept. The outside looked really tropical and we were surprised at how big the pool and hot tub were. We liked walking to the little beach near the house. Wish we would have brought our kids! Would definitely go back.

Siesta Key Family stay

The house is very confortable and clean.. Short drive to the trolly which would take you to the beach and the village where all the restaurants and shops are. Edward, the owner is very efficient and helpful. Hose is perfect for a family. Hot tub and pull are great for the children and adults.
