About this property

Dream villa with private pool in Kos / Greece, sea view for 4 people

The house was completed in 2015 and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. The bedrooms are each equipped with individually controllable air conditioning.
A bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub is available to our guests.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer) leaves nothing to be desired. Meals can be taken either on the terrace with a sea view or in the house at the cozy dining table.
The living area is equipped with a spacious couch, satellite TV and hi-fi system. There is also a freely switchable air conditioning system here.
Internet WiFi available
Outside is the approximately 60 m² pool for sole use.
The pool is cleaned by our specialist staff every third day.
You will find comfortable, adjustable loungers on the lying surface. A kettle grill can also be used.
The outdoor area was newly planted in 2016 with many different types of palm trees, cacti and citrus trees.
There is enough space in front of the house to park your vehicle.

The pool is only available to guests of this house. So you can enjoy the wonderful peace undisturbed.
We would be happy to help you book flights and rental cars.

Wonderful find.

This villa was a great find at last minute. There are 2 villas at the site though only one rented out at a time. Each has a great pool surrounded by amazingly well cared for and fertile gardens. Both designed to take advantage of the amazing views over the sea and Kalymnos and amazing sunsets . Each is a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, No washing machine though.. small exchange for the views. Beautiful and modern. Could have done with some seating on the eastern side of the property to make the most of the morning sun... the dining tables outside great for afternoon/evening sun ,but in the shade in the morning . Great location down a side road track on road to Mastichari up hill with fabulous views.Easy to explore and get down to beaches all over the island. The local town Mastichari has good supermarket and huge choice restaurants for evening meals ..only 1 .5 km away . The owner Werner easily contactable and lovely lady who looks after the villa..nothing too much trouble Great choice for a great holiday :)
