**Effective 5/11/25 With the addition of the lower level renovation, this home sleeps the entire family and then some. With a pool table and extra square footage this 2 story property has space to spread out. Previously this home was a 4 bedroom, max occupancy of 9 and reservations made prior to 5/11/25 will not have access to the newly renovated addition.

Beautiful, spacious waterfront home!

This house was just as pictured, well furnished with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were some maintenance issues that could be improved for a 5 star rating (baby gates on deck were broken, kitchen sink wasn't draining well, shower water didn't get hot, etc.). Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and amazing view!

My friends and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of space for sleeping and lounging. Sitting on the deck with a view of the water, Mount Rainier and the cascades was wonderful. It was a quick ride to Coupeville and Langley and there are multiple grocery stores on the island. Definitely recommend!

Master bedroom has no shades so the sun wakes one up in the early morning. The tidiness of the out side area could improve.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and spacious home! The view is stunning with amazing access to the beach and we had a very comfortable stay. There were several minor maintenance issues that should be addressed for a 5-star rating that were sent to the property manager. The main issue for us was the deck baby gates were both broken. And it was not the most toddler friendly place to stay with all the decorations and clutter, although a lot of toys were provided which was nice. Overall, definitely recommend staying here for large groups!

Great spot

Very comfortable and clean house. Good central location on Whidbey to check out Coupeville and Langley. Nice to have access to the beach through a nice walk through the backyard. Highly recommend.

House was great for four friends to spend the weekend - view/beach is fantastic - saw an Orca pod! Hot water in the main bathroom needs fixing (was not hot); there were some dirty wine glasses in one of the cupboards

Beautiful Home with A beautiful view!

This home was a perfect getaway for my family. I loved waking up to the water view every morning. We spent hours on the beach and also walked to the Farm and delicious cafe. I can’t wait to rent it again!

Greenbank waterfront

Our 3 generation group loved our stay. We were instantly awed by the panoramic view of the water. There was plenty of space to spread out inside and out. We all had a blast searching for starfish, crabs, etc at low tide in the morning. Once we waded in and started looking around, we soon forgot our cold toes and just had fun. Overall a wonderful house and home base for exploring Whidbey island.

Super beautiful beach stay, very clean

The view of the house is so amazing. The water is so calm. The back yard is super big with nice green. The beach is a private community beach, amazing fun to play. The house is very very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. All of these made a super great stay. Please note the beds are soft. There is no blinds or curtains in master bed. So we woke up 6:30am by sunlight. It did not bother us, so I won’t downgrade my review but I listed here just to help others know ahead. Reason that I was not able to give five star is lack of smooth communication. Vacassa never replied my message using VRBO or given us any a point of contact. There is no detailed info of the house. We ended up using the trail of the neighbor to access to beach by mistake and the neighbors were quite annoyed. FYI, Please make sure to use the trail on the left, not on the right when facing water. Also, there was a vacassa person showed up without any advance notice. It was a little bit surprise. Overall, it was a great stay but I really think Vacassa needs to improve their communication.

Most Frustrating Experience with a VRBO

This property is 'managed' by VACASA and I wouldn't ever rent from a property with their management again. They were incommunicative, and not helpful. Frustrating situations: 1. Upon arrival the code they provided DID NOT WORK -- I had to call an 800 number, wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone who said -- try this -- We were to gain occupancy at 4 and did not gain occupancy until 5 (with family waiting around in the RAIN) 2. There is no Welcome book, nothing to tell you how the house operates 3. The house was COLD and we turned up the thermostat and figured out how to light the gas stove (again no directions). NOTE-- we did figure out the thermostat and discovered the floors are heated which takes it a LONG time to heat up the house 4. We didn't check the stove before preheating and when we opened the oven door -- the cleaning people FORGOT to wipe out the oven cleaner chemicals (OMG!) Which caused the house to fill up with this terrible smell. We had to open all of the doors, turn off the oven until it cooled down, wipe out the oven to remove the oven cleaner film and then turn back on the oven. This put our first night dinner back TWO HOURS. 5. I asked for an agent to come and address this situation and NO ONE contacted me or arrived. 6. I asked for a late check out which finally was agreed to due to not getting into the property at the apppointed time but again the communication was very delayed 7. The beds are extremely soft -- just FYI 8. There is no place to put your food products that you bring. It is a fully stocked kitchen but I think they could consolidate a bit so you don't have to put things to store in the laundry sink Now the positive The house has an incredible view and you can see a variety of birds from the deck. We were fortunate to be there when a group of seal lions were hanging out barking up a storm The beach was inaccesible from the house, but there is a path two doors down that allowed for beach access. The beach was GREAT This property is very close (you can walk there if you wanted to) to Greenbank farm -- wine tasting, pies, cheese -- Go check it out -- they are wonderful If the communication would have been better I would have given this a higher rating -- but no communication from the 'agent' was highly frustrating. Even if they would have a welcome book to explain things in the house would have alleviated some of it -- explaining the heat was a big one that WE had to figure out

Nice property, poor management.

Nice property, lousy management. No household instructions such as disposal of garbage and appliance instructions. Only one of five gas burners worked. Strong smell of propane on arrival. Poor cleaning, such as fingerprints on Windows, Dusty windows ills, filthy laundry tub. Management representative did not follow up on gas range repair. Person wearing vacasa hat showed up unannounced and sat in the driveway.
