This newly renovated and modern equipped holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for 4 people, optionally with 2 additional sleeping places. It is located only 400 m from the beach and 200 m from the town centre and features two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower, as well as a covered terrace and a small garden.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary household appliances. The 15 m² balcony offers sea view, seating for 4 people, and a private outdoor grill.
Directly at the property, two secured parking spaces are available. Pets are welcome, and a baby bed can be provided upon request.
The location is ideal for beach holidays, water sports, cycling, hiking and excursions to attractions, national parks and leisure activities in the surrounding area.
