The uniquely exclusive 4-star apartment (59 sqm) with stucco and parquet floors has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200 and a sofa bed 160/200, desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a large flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, including a ceramic hob, exhaust air system, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, milk, sugar and basic spices.
The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 people.

The shower bathroom with toilet and lattice radiator is equipped with a hair dryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating is adjustable. All windows are fitted with external electrical blinds.

Bed linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.

Beautiful Courtyard hidden Gem

Great place!! Clean, comfortable, great host and the area was perfect! Close to transportation, great local restaurants and cafes. We will definitely stay here agian when we return to Berlin!!

Worked very well for us!

Tastefully decorated, roomy, clean, well-supplied, centrally located, great price. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Berlin we'll certainly try to go back to this or one if its two sister properties in the same building. And the nearby Turkish restaurant Osmanya was a spectacular find!

Quiet secluded in the city

This apartment was very private in a good location minutes from public transit. It was nice to come back to a private apartment away from tourists after being out in the city.

This was a great place.

Smart and well located

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was well equipped and in a quiet location. About twenty minutes walk to the centre although there are buses if you prefer! Recommended.

This apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds and linens. Owner very accommodating to our early arrival, at ten AM. Short taxi ride from airport but still central for Berlin. No complaints. Owner arranged for taxi for our departure as well.

Stay during Berlin Marathon Weekend

Stayed here weekend of September 14th, 2018. It was a very comfortable and clean unit. HV Zental was very responsive to our questions and helped get us situated in the property. The bed was fair and wi-fi was very easy to set up. HV provided info on Berlin as well as stocked up the kitchen with all required kitchen needs. Towels, extra pillows and sheets were a plus. I would highly recommend staying in this property. Only issue was the additional bed tax required. I've never heard of this but was nominal enough to pay.

Beautiful apartment in Berlin with all the amenities

We had the best night's sleep every in this cool, quiet apartment. The decor was lovely and everything we could have needed was supplied. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. We were happy with the personal welcome and so grateful they called a taxi for us when we departed early in the morning. The apartment's location is a bit out of the way, but we soon figured out the 123 bus to get us to the central station in a few minutes, and from there we could get anywhere in Berlin quickly. We enjoyed the quirky doner kebab and traditional German bar nearby. Our 10 days in Berlin flew by but we'd come back in a minute to this beautiful apartment.

Schöne Wohnung in gute Lage mit Verbesserungspotential

Eigentlich die ideale Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man so braucht. Wir waren zwar nur 6 Nächte dort, könnten uns aber auch einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben weder viel von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, noch die üblichen Großstadtgeräusche, wie Martinshorn und lärmende Passanten. Warum vergebe ich dann trotzdem keine sehr gute Bewertung ? Es liegt in erster Linie an der nicht nachhaltigen Nespresso-Maschine und daran, dass man der Wohnung anmerkt, dass sie von denjenigen, die sie eingerichtet haben, nicht bewohnt werden. Damit will ich sagen, dass einige Einrichtungsdetails einfach stören und andere schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Zwei Beispiele dafür : Das Bad mit dem Klo ist so eng und verwinkelt, dass man oder frau mit Übergröße keine Freude bei der Benutzung haben. Dabei fehlt es nicht nur am Platz. Ablagen und Toilettenpapier sind so ungünstig untergebracht, dass man sie nur unter Verrenkungen erreichen kann. Das kann man besser machen. Wir sind körperlich in gutem Zustand und nicht dick, sonst hätten wir ernsthafte Probleme bekommen können

Perfekte Woche in Berlin

Apartment was clean in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of red wine, water tea and coffee waiting to greet us. Location was good with easy access to buses to Central station. Courtyard with fountain and beautiful roses was peaceful. Would have appreciated introductory information in English.
