Great family vacation

Large family home(6 bedrooms with full-king size beds) 2 blocks from beach/boardwalk. Also walking distance to downtown pt pleasant and Hohmans ice cream ((the best ever). Kitchen fully stocked (almost too stocked!) Everyone had a great time. Recommend to other large groups.

Return again to a wonderful house

This is our family's third year at 106 Forman. Our vacation this year was just as great as expected. The house has a perfect location, convenient to the beach, town and a park.The house is totally stocked with every item you think you would need for a week at the shore. Thanks to the host for another great time with the whole family.

Even Better "The Second Time Around"

Our family again enjoyed Joy's wonderful home this year in June. With the multiple bedrooms on 3 floors, each family was able to stay together. Sitting on the wrap-around porch or on the back deck you are able to appreciate the ambiance of a great beach house. Just as last year, the property was so well stocked both with kitchen equipment, games and such, and everything you could need for the beach in the garage with full bathroom. Thanks Joy for another great week, we're all looking forward to next year!

Big beautiful home close to the beach and boardwalk

We stayed at this beautiful home with 8 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone! We never felt cramped and the kitchen is huge! Garage was stocked with tons of beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and toys. Very convenient to have the shower in the garage to wash off the sand. Very short and easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. So nice to have 11 beach passes provided. Everything was easy and the owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful three story home in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, aquarium, and even a great park for young children. Each family had their own floor and although we were sadly gathered there for a memorial of a loved one, this house made everything so much easier. The host is a DELIGHT to work with, EXTREMELY communicative and so helpful! The kitchen is so stocked with anything you could need. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, multiple coffee makers, games, books and plenty of spices and condiments! The garage has SO many beach items, toys, chairs, boogie boards … no need to bring those. There is a fenced in back yard which was great for our toddlers. The back deck has a nice grill, umbrella and patio set. The front wrap around porch is lovely and you can enjoy the scent of the ocean! The landscaping is awesome! Each floor has its own bathroom and also one in the main floor bedroom and even the garage. Each floor has its own thermostat and lots of paddle fans for comfort. Lighting even has dimmer switches! Our three families LOVED it here and know that you will, too! Thank you again, Joy, for giving us the opportunity to rent your beautiful home!

Amazing Home!

This is our second time here and it did not disappoint. Cozy, and close to the beach. We barely left because it's perfect for al our needs.

Perfect vacation house for families

This professionally landscaped house was wonderful for our families with a range of ages. We had great communication with the host who was available for any situation. The wrap-around front porch, back deck with Weber grill and the paved rear area with garage provided ample spaces for outdoor activities. In fact the garage has even more beach equipment than the photo - we didn't need to bring anything for the sun and sand! Inside there are 3 levels of bedrooms, conveniently one for each family. The eat-in kitchen is extremely well-stocked. The location was perfect for us with the boardwalk and beach a short walk. There's also a park/playground nearby and several times we even walked or biked into town. Everyone had an enjoyable time.

Family Christmas in Point Pleasant

The home was exceptional at hosting a large family Christmas. It's cozy with plenty of room and a lot of fun for children. We had a great time and would rent again.

Perfect Location

This was our first beach family vacation. Grandkids loved the beach, the boardwalk, arcades and mini golf, all within a short walk of this spacious house. We especially loved the front porch, great supply of beach gear and carts. It was a great week!
