It features a King one bedroom and a queen Dream Air sleeper sofa. Sleeps four to five, and has a full updated kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Dec 2015), decorated and updated with new Porcelain Tile floors and Nautical decor. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it as much as my family does. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Check my online calendar prior to emailing, as I update as needed. Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec I require minimum of 4 nights. MARCH THRU OCTOBER I ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK (Sat to Sat). Request for 5 or 6 nights is priced the same as a week. No pets allowed! My rate page is listed and rates are current. I manage my villa and have a reliable cleaning service.

What makes this condo unique

The balcony is directly facing the ocean and nobody can see you from their balcony...Private! The beach is steps away and beautiful. The weather is wonderful and the beach is the most beautiful on Hilton Head Island. You still have the change of seasons, but no snow! Right next door to the Tiki Hut on the Beach and live entertainment. Everything you need is within walking distance.

The condo was amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was perfect! It was walking distance to everything you could want. We rented bikes and explored almost the whole island. Coligny Plaza was a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The view from our balcony was private and breathtaking. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Can't get any closer than this to the beach

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at The Breakers, my wife and I slept on the pull out couch (to hear the ocean at night) and my two kids (3 and 7) slept on the king size bed. When you look at the pictures listed you really aren't realizing how close to the ocean you really are, every morning we sat on the balcony (around 9am) and watch the dolphins swim by. The apartment itself is well maintained, and is stocked with basic supplies for cooking (I brought cast iron pans, and bought a thinner spatula for pancakes but I may be a little picky). We visited in mid April and enjoyed mid to high 70's the entire week which actually was perfect beach/pool weather (When we left home it was in the 30s).

The great unexpected thing was that the pool was heated so the water was always very warm, unfortunately the kiddy pool wasn't heated so that was usually ice cold. The beach was great, clean and had shells when you woke up early enough in the morning to get out there. Sun rises were great from the beach and from the balcony although a tree gets a little in the way of the actual sun from the balcony. The beach showers as you walked into The Breakers property actually had warm water which was nice when getting all the sand off of yourself. Generally the people we saw interacted with that were staying at the condo were families or older couples which made it a great family destination.

There is a Piggly Wiggly right across the street in walking distance and has reasonable prices on food and sand toys (good quality). There are a few restaurants within walking distance, we really enjoyed Crave by Daniel's, but drove or rode bikes to most other locations. If you are looking for great pizza there is Local Pie Woodfired Pizza which was great. We also enjoyed Annie O's which is a American Southern Restaurant. The Plaza that has Local Pie also has The Chocolate Canopy, Hilton Head Ice Cream, and Philliy's Cafe & Deli (Lunch) which were all great places. Hilton Head Distillery is on the other side of the island but is a great stop for gifts (for adults), on the way back from the Outlet.

If you are Interested in renting a Bike make sure to do it early in the week because on busy weeks they run out of stock pretty quickly.

When we first booked this vacation we thought it would be a one time thing because it's a 15 hour drive, but after our stay we realized that the drive was worth every minute. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Very relaxing, beach front, clean unit

We had a great week. Very relaxing for our family of four. The ac stopped working and the owner had hvac called right away. And fixed quickly after. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great property!

Had a wonderful week in Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Condo is fully stocked with everything we needed and is perfectly sized for the two of us. Hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Spectacular View / Spectacular Vacation

This property provided all our basic needs; all we had to bring was our sense of adventure to explore Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area. Although, much was in easy walking distance....many shops and restaurants which we did explore and enjoy and ,of course, the beach....just beyond the patio. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely in this beautiful, well maintained property, especially savoring our morning coffee and tea from the patio, watching the ocean and listening to the splash of it's waves. It could not have been more relaxing.

1 week stay returning from Florida to New Hampshire

We were looking for an intermediate stay in Hilton head with on the beach location. This small but quaint unit was just as advertised. On the Beach, nice views from the second floor balcony and close to shops and eatery. Clean and neat unit.

'Vine' is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to and it is right across the street. There are two grociery stores within walking distance. There is a fantastic bakery and several coffee shops across the street. The Big Bamboo is right across the street and has live music and 2 for 1 dinner specials.
