Awesome location and view. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Place was very clean. Only down fall is storage space very limited. One of the bedroom closet used as a cleaner storage area. We do plan on returning!

Owned my own home in Hilton Head for many years and after selling had not been able to find somewhere that I liked as well… that definitely changed with 313 Breakers. It was a beautiful, well maintained property. Easy and courteous booking and check in procedures and most of all an amazing view with access to everything!!Will definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for my husband and I! Easily walkable to the beach, shopping, restaurants and groceries. This was our first visit to HHI. We want to come back when it’s not as hot and crowded. We would definitely consider booking this unit again. We have stayed in dozens of condos and this one, by far, had the best supply of needed household amenities we’ve seen. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time! Being right o the beach and so close to walkable fun was a huge benefit. The unit was bright and clean, the view was a delightful addition to our vacation vibe, and for the most part, everything needed was available and 'figure-out-able.' My young girls were delighted to have boogie boards available for use and we loved having pool access when we needed a beach break. I would certainly recommend this unit for a vacation! My comments are minor but worth noting; the couch bed isn't comfortable for multiple nights :/ , better communication on what is needed if listed as a "you bring" (i.e. the coffee maker is a flat bottom filter), the kitchen materials could use an update (i.e. non-stick pans have scratches, which is not ideal from a health risk perspective), and I don't believe there was onsite recycling (which is entirely tragic, as there was a bit of AL can consumption and walking the empties down to the beach recycling bins to assure landfill avoidance wasn't my favorite ;) ). Thank you for a fun visit!

Awesome stay in this incredible ocean front location steps away from Coligney. We loved watching dolphins and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Clean, neat and well stocked, we would definitely stay here again!!

Exactly as advertised

We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay. Our unite was exactly as advertised. We were within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, the beach, and shopping. We hardly used our car at all. Already considering booking same location for next year.

This was one of the nicer renovated units we have stayed at in The Breakers. We do have criticisms: when we arrived the bed was not made and the mattress pad was in the washer. We had the dry the mattress pad and make the bed ourselves. After a long drive this was a major disappointment. The other concern was the TV had four remote controls. There were instructions but it was still challenging to navigate watching TV with so many remotes. The ice maker was very slow producing ice. It wasn’t until our last day when we had enough ice. Some constructive advice. The bathroom had little storage. A suggestion is to add a shelf unit above the commode. A hook in the back of the bathroom door would have been helpful too. Overall good rental except for some concerns.

The Breakers

Location was perfect to so much to do. Only downside we locked ourselves on the patio. Did not notice the small message on the door to be careful as door can lock. Lucky some one below us came to our room and let us in.

Winter Paradise Found

Though Breakers is one of the original beach condos, it is holding up nicely. Constant renovations are keeping it an "on the beach" contender. Newer buildings may have more amenities, but the view is breath taking and beach access is 3 minutes. At night, open the slider and let the breaking waves lull you into absolute relaxation. Same time next year.

Great location

This property is absolutely wonderful. It’s everything and more of what the posting says! I was pleasantly surprised of how cute of a place this is! (I often think pictures can be deceiving) It’s even better in person than the pictures. Being right on the ocean is everything! You literally can see everything that is going on the beach from your balcony and those ocean breezes are so wonderful. The location really is by EVERYTHING! Restaurants, shops and the piggly wiggly.. you can walk to it all! It’s very convenient and we did not have to use our car for most of the time. The only thing that I will say is that it’s small and lacks storage space- for our luggage. This is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children. But we absolutely love this place and will be staying here if we make our way back to Hilton Head!

Right on the beach

The place was in a great location. Unfortunately I cannot provide a fair rating because we were unable to stay due to water issues / damage. When we walked into the unit upon check in , there was water all over the kitchen floor and the running water was turned off. Thankfully, the property management company was wonderful to work with and put us up in another building. Being on the 3rd floor, you have incredible views. The unit is small - just enough for two people and no more. The bedroom is at the back of the unit. It would have sufficed for sleeping, showering and enjoying a coffee at sunrise and wine at night on the balcony.

It’s all about the view

My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year Anniversary and everything was exactly as described. We loved the view, the elevator was nice since I injured my knee and the Vacation Company was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that the mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on, which made it very challenging to get any sleep. Most night my husband and I had to sleep separately; one on the sofa and the other on the bed, just to get some sleep. We tried the pull out sofa and it was far worse than the bed. With that said, the view was everything and made it easier to deal with the lack of sleep.

Great view and location.

The view from the deck and the location are about as good as you can get. The parking was very good as well because there was always parking available. The condo itself was OK. The bed and the couch were not very comfortable for sleeping and the bathroom was tidy, but not sparkling. The shower curtains and the drapes had ominous red stains on them. There looked to be mold coming out of the air conditioning vent in the bedroom. Finally, if someone is older or has a lot of luggage the lack of an elevator could be a problem. We did not report these issues because we did not think they could be fixed during our short stay. They just made a poor first impression when you walked into the condo.

Almost as pictured

This property generally looked as pictured. The location was ideal, and the view was one of the best. The property management team handled the issues we had in a way that worked for us. The view from the balcony is unmatched which helped make our stay more enjoyable.
