Good location but need to improve its cleaning

In overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it we found the microwave dirty and couple of roaches. The was not in front of the beach, but the design of the building and because there is not tall building next to it, it gives you a good ocean view.

Great price 3BR

Great location and great condo! 3BR ocean front for a great price. Super comfy couches and bedding. Ran into a little hick up with the room but the property mgr was responsive and helpful. Can’t ask for more than that!

Overall was great! Needed some cleaning issues took care of but was great overall. Remotes wouldnt work in either bedroom and had maintenance up to fix in 30 minutes. They are very active with responses whether it be on vrbo, email, or by text message.

Save your money and time

They said you have two parking spaces but when I came back from exploring the city it was to a full garage and they told me that I needed to find my own parking at the meters or public parking ( they send you to front desk but frot desk can't do anything, you are not renting from them. Excuse:been the 4 of July week) Also, they hold a deposit (like any other place) and a few days later they will charge you again saying that they refresh your card for activation check porpuses but no money is taken (well, when I called my bank they said yes, it was charged again) but big fish said otherwise. So if you don't want to go through that, book somewhere else.

I have left the facility. I've taken a video. It was dirty. There was food in the utensil drawer. It was not cleaned well laundry in the washer and dryer that made it smell. It just felt uncared for and I didn't come to clean somebody else's house so that my guest would feel comfortable. I will they denying the charges and leaving a poor but honest review if you don't wanna just handle this in house, meaning between me and you.There was hair in the bedding and the furniture was sticky from lotion or suntanning lotion. The headboard felt the same.Again, I didn't stay.I have a video I can email you Kim

Don’t stay here

Location was great however the condo was extremely dirty and not well-maintained we had three or four things broken that we had to report while we were there. The management service was very responsive however. For the amount of money that I paid to stay here for my family I would not come back

Family Vacation

The property was fill with roaches, when asked if we could be moved to another room, they didn’t have one. Then on top of that we had to do our own cleaning while on vacation. All these rules they have but can’t even enjoy without killing bugs every two seconds. I would not recommend anyone staying here. They didn’t even offer a dime back for the inconvenience.

Owner needs to visit

A truly disappointing experience. You name it, it needs it. Where is the cleanliness, the condition is unbelievably horrible, and your expectations are that we are to clean it when we leave for the next people.. Wow! I would not recommend nor would I stay there again. We had to villas side by side this unit and it put yours to Shame.

SCAMMERS AT IT'S BEST

We found what we thought was a nice place on the beach, 3br 2ba with full kitchen. Got there the place waws dirty, walls had holes, mold on ceiling, nice kitchen but LOTS of roaches, freezer had odor, dirty linen, sand in the bed, furniture dirty. We had to purchase linen from local walmart and sleep with tissue in pur ears. Couldn't leave a plate one the counter without a roach showing up. We checked out early and of course they offered nothing but a lame apology DO NOT STAY HERE.... DON'T USE VRBO!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. We were greeted with difficult parking and broken elevators. The place was not clean and we found roaches and roach traps. We had to purchase cleaning products and wipe down before we could use anything. The bed sheets were scuffed up. There was a chipped glass in the cabinet which caused a cut. We ended up having to evacuate 2 days early. We made several attempts to contact the property manager and was told the HOA would be contacted to schedule pest spray. No one came to spray. We bought spray ourselves. Ultimately we did not feel safe as baby roaches appeared also. We took pictures and videos which I wont post here because its gross and nasty. Some of the locals told us this place was reported for being dirty and having roaches. No one has responded about my concerns but they were quick to take my money. Its deceptive and misleading to rent a place in this condition. It is a health hazard and it did affect our family. I believe all the other not so favorable reviews were scrubbed because this was a pre-existing condition seeing that there were roach traps when we arrived. Vacation ruined.

No AC, roaches and dirt!!!

We checked into the resort around 8:30 pm and was immediately met with the heat in the room. The temperature was at 78 and was rising. I immediately contacted the host where I was told that if I just keep the doors shut it would cool off. I noticed there were LARGE fans in EVERY SINGLE ROOM leading me to believe they have had this issue before. The host continued to say read the directions and keep the doors shut. I have 2 year olds who needed to sleep and almost near impossible when it gets up to 80. They asked me to flip the breaker on and off and unplug the unit. I asked them to send someone to fix it and was told they could come in the morning. I asked them to put me in another suite or give me my money back. They said that since I wasn't leaving and I had fans they wouldn't refund my money. I got my twin toddlers up and left after complaining to the host about 4 roaches, clumps of hair and dirt on the floor and in the beds. DISGUSTING!!!!!! I was also told to call the front desk with a phone that was broken and didn't have a cord connected to the wall. This place is a joke!!!! False advertisement of this place!!!!

Ccmf stay

Overall the property was nice. Asked and paid for early check-in but still had to contact property management as the room code wasn't in my email at the early check in time. Finally got that that taken care of. Entered the room and checked out the layout. We had a 3 bedroom unit. First room had 2 double beds as well as the second room. Master bedroom had a king and en suite bathroom with it. Kitchen was decently sized. Living room had 2 sleeper sofas. The property manager asked that in the first hour after checking in that we go through the rooms and note any damages that we saw. So we did take some pics of some of the stuff we saw right off the bat. One room the ceiling fan didn't work and the other the light didn't work right. We did tell them this and they offered to send someone out to look at it but we declined that at the time Had been told that pest control has been scheduled for checkin day. We saw a lot of roach traps throughout the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Maybe if going to use them they are put in more out of the way areas. There were a couple on the counter. Did see some baby roaches in kitchen and bathrooms after the first day. Would suggest better pest management or more frequently. View was nice as we had a view of the ocean from the balcony. Parking garages are tight if having a bigger vehicle. All in all it was a good unit. Probably would stay here again if in the area. Good communication with property manager
