On the ground floor 1 living-dining room with exit to the terrace, 1 kitchen, 1 shower-bath with toilet. 1, 1 shower room without toilet, 1 separate toilet, 1 small piano room with exit to the courtyard. Upstairs. 1 large and 2 small bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds 90x200 1 shower room with toilet. 2 parking spaces. The garden with pool, almost 8x4m heatable, 1 boulevard, 1 badminton clay court and table tennis court. !!! Wireless Internet access !!!
