One bedroom apartment on the second floor with private entrance. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. Short drive to newly renovated downtown North Tonawanda with many bars, restaurants, the Erie Canal Gateway Park, and the Historic Riviera Theater. Twenty minutes to downtown Buffalo, twenty minutes to Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Mayor's Park and a walking path along the Erie Canal. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

Very quiet area. Can’t stress this enough. This place was worth the price. Location was amazing. Spacious and comfortable. This is our new go to when in town to visit family! Communication was perfect. Advice about the afternoon sun was understood perfectly after we encountered it lol, you will understand too if you stay here!

UB Parents Weekend

Fabulous birthday trip

This VRBO was perfectly located between Buffalo and Niagara falls. So close in fact we went to the falls 4 times! The neighborhood had a really comfy feel and we felt safe there! We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Great place!

This was our second stay. It's a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Also very well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood close to so many different attractions in the area. This is my first choice when staying in the Buffalo area.

Perfect size

The check in process was flawless and the owner, Ryan was available from the beginning. The apartment was a perfect size and all amenities were ideal. I had to contact Ryan with a few questions and he always answered quickly. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything was very clean, hospitable towels, linens, sheets, beds, couch, and chair were the most comfortable I have ever had at a VRBO and an exceptional quality! It was quiet there was no difficulties at all. Quaint one bedroom

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as it was pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. Ryan was great about allowing is to get into the property a little early. He was responsive to all of our communication. The only thing that would have made this property perfect was if there was a W/D in the unit.

Great Place and Stay

This was a nice, cozy, clean, and a newly redone, well stocked apartment. It was perfect for what we needed and after a very long day moving our son to Buffalo. We would/will stay again when coming to visit our son. My only suggestion would be an inside the apartment lock on the upstairs door, even just like a chain lock or hinge bar. I think it just makes people feel more comfortable when they are staying in unfamiliar surroundings. Overall great. Thank you.

Great Buffalo Weekend

My son and I couldn’t be anymore happy with how our weekend get-away went. This trip was a birthday present for him and was actually his first trip to Buffalo. So there was a lot of pressure to make sure everything went right. For many years I had shared stories about the 1990s Legendary Bills team and built up the city and the love the people there show and share. With Ryan’s help I’m Happy to say we both made some memories that we will cherish forever. Ryan provided an excellent place for us to stay at. The place was exactly as described…it was extremely clean, well stocked, and had many well thought out extras to ensure guests were never bored. Ryan’s communication before, during, and after the trip was impeccable…he even went out of his way and left a surprise for my son (Thank You Ryan!). My son and I will definitely be coming back to Buffalo and will definitely look to stay here again. I wouldn’t hesitate for second in recommending this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo. Now the only thing to make this absolutely perfect is a Buffalo Bills Super Bowl victory, fingers crossed and Go Bills!
