Twenty minutes to downtown Buffalo, twenty minutes to Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Mayor's Park and a walking path along the Erie Canal. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This was a wonderful rental! It was extremely clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and well stocked. The Lockley app for the door was great to have when your hands were full. The owners truly thought of everything. They also went above and beyond helpful when my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay another night! I will definitely check to see if this rental is available on my next trip home to visit family.

This VRBO was perfectly located between Buffalo and Niagara falls. So close in fact we went to the falls 4 times! The neighborhood had a really comfy feel and we felt safe there! We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

This was our second stay. It's a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Also very well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood close to so many different attractions in the area. This is my first choice when staying in the Buffalo area.

Perfect size

The check in process was flawless and the owner, Ryan was available from the beginning. The apartment was a perfect size and all amenities were ideal. I had to contact Ryan with a few questions and he always answered quickly. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here in the future.

Quaint one bedroom

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as it was pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. Ryan was great about allowing is to get into the property a little early. He was responsive to all of our communication. The only thing that would have made this property perfect was if there was a W/D in the unit.
