Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
The space
The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the balcony, backyard and gazebo.
Other things to note
There is lots of wildlife in the area including rabbits, raccoons, skunks, fox, wild turkeys, hawks, deer and coyotes. Please do not approach or feed the wildlife.

The apartment was very clean and thoughtful. Small for 4 adults. Owner is on site and very attentive. Steps were very steep and inconvenient for us. Younger folks probably wouldn't have issues.

Stay was wonderful! Hosts have everything you might ever need. The property exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for our four guests. You can tell the hosts put lots of thought and time discerning what would make your stay the best!

We stayed three nights at this lovely apartment and couldn’t have been happier. It’s tucked away in a semi-rural spot, so you get the peace and quiet of the countryside, but you’re still close enough to civilization (and good coffee). The yard is huge—perfect for stretching your legs or cartwheels & handstands if you’re my 5 year old. The patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening wind-down.Inside, everything felt fresh and newly remodeled. The beds were comfy. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a home-away-from-home, not just a rental. Quality fixtures, amenities and furniture.We’d absolutely stay again. A for comfort, cleanliness, and giving us the relaxing long weekend we were hoping for!

Perfect stay for Niagara Fall Vacation

An upscale place to retreat after the crowds at the Falls. A short drive from Buffalo with a Trader Joe’s on the way to stock up for our meals. Really quiet area and the beds/linens were high quality. The laundry machines are just another feature most places don’t offer. Love the Tim Horton’s coffee and it is now my favorite.

Property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, fluffy towels, soft sheets, and a comfortable bed. Hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for my husband and me. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony and the swings in the yard. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Perfect Getaway

The Country Retreat was perfect for our stay. We wanted something close to Niagara that was quiet and cozy. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. Exceeded our expectations. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

Memory Lane

Apartment was comfortably furnished, well appointed. Kitchen had all the necessities. We loved sitting on the deck, and enjoying the gazebo in the evening. Outdoors is very serene and peaceful. There is a park with pavillions and walking paths on the Niagara River, only a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Niagara Falls is practically in your back yard. Great restaurants are minutes away. I highly recommend this property. It felt like home. The owners are very accomodating and friendly.

Quick turn around trip

We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay close by. The property was clean and very comfortable. While my wife and I were only there for one night, we enjoyed the property.

Girls 60th birthday weekend.

Myself and my two best friends were all turning 60 January February and March. We decided to come out and go to my daughter's aesthetic spa for some pampering for our birthday. We didn't want to impose on her family so we rented this beautiful apartment. it was literally five minutes away from the spa and 10 minutes from my daughter's home. I actually would love to live there!!. It's so nice. Definitely will be back when we come with a larger group.

Enjoy the little things

"Enjoy the little things" was a sign in the VRBO kitchen and our hosts included all of the little things...a basket of snacks, k-cups, bottles of water, very comfortable beds, soap, shampoo, etc. The accommodations were immaculate. They designed the space as if they were going to be staying there themselves thinking of everything we might enjoy. There was even a small field of sunflowers right off the kitchen deck. The location was great for visiting Niagara attractions yet it was in a rural setting. Dennis and Cheryl, the hosts, were friendly and very helpful. I wish they and their accommodations were available in every city I want to travel!!!

Awesome !!!

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay here . It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Dennis and Cheryl were so friendly and gave us some fantastic dining recommendations. It was a short drive to the Falls so the location was fantastic. The owners even got me a mini cherry cheesecake for my birthday which was super yummy . If we would come back to this area someday, I would 100% stay here again .

Super Nice, Close to the Falls

We stayed here while visiting Niagara Falls and loved that it was close enough to be a quick drive but far enough away to be out of the touristy area. The unit was super clean and welcoming. Owners are very nice! No complaints at all.

Niagara Falls Vacation

The apartment we stayed in was better than described. To begin with, we felt safe, and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of all the amenities offered (grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer.) It was nice that all of the places we wanted to go and explore were within a reasonable driving distance to where we were staying. (Approximately 15 minute drive.) If at any point we needed to reach out to Cheryl or Dennis, we could, and the response was always prompt. They were awesome.

Wonderful Experience

Such a great stay! Kids & adults both loved our stay…..we didn’t want to leave! Comfortable beds! Convenient 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay here again! Kids loved playing with such a friendly dog as Charlotte!

Everything was perfect! Property was as described and so much more! Communication was easy and Dennis responded quickly. Easy access to main roads to travel to Niagara Falls. Reasonably priced and worth every cent. Would definitely recommend this place and totally stay again!

Hidden gem in Niagara
