NEW TO VRBO - Modern Farmhouse Studio - Queen Bed - 1 Acre

Charming modern farm-house studio on 1 acre surrounded by old Florida oak trees and situated across from the Alafia River. Quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. Living area is located on second floor above a barn and use of stairs is required to access the unit.

Situated like a typical hotel room, this 430 square foot studio farmhouse has a single queen-sized bed, sleeps two people, has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Full kitchenette with utensils, electric cooktop burner, pots and pans, and there’s a charcoal BBQ outside. Smart televisions (2), fridge, freezer, stand up shower (no tub) and washer / dryer inside the unit.

Located just a short walk from a canoe rental location and just a short drive to some of the area's best parks, trails, springs and mountain biking, 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and many other area attractions.

There is an RV pad on the other side of the property which may or may not be occupied during your stay. Dogs are welcome! Huge yard! Come enjoy a very peaceful getaway!

Quick trip before holidays

Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had a couple minor issues early on but Josh was responsive in taking care of them.If you are looking for a lower priced place in Florida to stay for a few days to a week this isnt a bad choice. The neighborhood is a negative that holds this place back from much higher reviews.

Why they chose this property

Avery's Place is a simple, clean, peaceful place to stay. It's small - 430 Square Feet and makes for the perfect little getaway in the Lithia / Valrico / East Tampa area. The property is 1 acre, has 2 small ponds, located across the street from the Alafia River, the rental unit sits above an old barn and was completely re-done in October 2021. Massive oak trees surround the property - sit out on the large back deck and listen to the birds! Close to everything - restaurants, shopping, golf, canoeing, mountain-biking, downtown Tampa. If you're looking for a clean, private, simple place in our area, you'll love this! Situated like a typical hotel room, you have a small kitchenette, full bathroom with stand-up shower, washer & dryer and a queen-sized bed.
