The house is charming and very conveniently located for lots of fun KC activities. It is nicely furnished and with some nice amenities — like an excellent coffee set up! Check-in and out were easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay at for a very fair price! I needed a place for a couple weeks traveling for business. This was quiet, safe, and clean. They had every amenity advertised and more (dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, etc). Beautiful hardwood throughout and a powerful AC, so no worries if you're liable to overheat easily like I am. Church, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance, and easy to get to Ward Parkway if you need to go further south in KC. Driveway parking was a very nice bonus. Great pet policy. Could not have been happier and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

The Nest fit our needs perfectly. The location was convenient, chill neighborhood, close to so many KC favorites. Amenities were great and there was a lot of thought put into the ambience of the home. We’ll be looking for The Nest the next time we come visit family,

Actually we never had time to shop at nearby stores, as we were visiting with old friends and family that live in KC area. We used to work and live in KC area years ago, so was nice to come back in area and this place worked great.

We had a great trip to KC. During our stay the city experienced record breaking snow. Our host arranged the drive and walkways to be cleared.

Wonderful Stay!

Charming home between the Plaza and Westport. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and nearby restaurants throughout the city.

Lovely trip, spent many hours on the great porch watching the world go by. Peaceful and comfortable house. Had everything we needed in it. Will stay again when in KC.

Solid stay that worked well for myself, my husband and our young kids. Beds were comfortable and the coffee bar had everything you’d need. I appreciated the kitchen and how stocked it was. Living room couch was very comfortable and my son was extremely happy about the smart tv so he could enjoy Disney! I did have to clean the bathtub with cleaning wipes before I bathed the baby and noticed that some residual hair and residue was left. Everything else was great. The updates that have been done to the house fit right in with the older nature of the home.

Winter Weekend Get Away

This sweet rental was a perfect place to stay for a winter weekend get away. It was cozy, cute, and tidy. Just what was needed for rest, relaxation, and convenient driving distance to all of KC’s best attractions like the Hallmark Experience! Great place to stay!

Fun weekend at KC Nest

Cute bungalow with well appointed amenities. We had beautiful weather all weekend and spent a lot of time on the front porch. Lovely!!

Spring Break

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! It’s a charming house, so much to do in the neighborhood, and even great for dogs! Took lots of walks, and spent family time on the porch. Our toddler waved goodbye and said “bye bye KC house! See you next time!”
