OWNER-MANAGED 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the widest stretch of white, sand beach on Estero Island.

Relax and enjoy the sun on the beach or poolside while helping to support the rebuilding efforts in Fort Myers Beach!

The pool is open complete with all new furniture and new BBQ grills.

Publix and CVS are now open along with more and more restaurants.

You will have so much space in this 1700 sf condo with fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 queens, and queen sofa bed. The master bathroom has double sinks, granite counters, jetted tub, and a stand-alone shower. The guest bathroom has handicap accessibility. Gulf-side pool, hot tub, and community grilling area. Conveniently located on the2nd floor near the elevators.

This home has everything!! We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave!! The Condo has beach toys, chairs, a wagon, even a cooler!!! A short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, beautiful pool area, with grills. If you want to cook there are plenty of pots and pans. Everything that you need! 100% would stay again!!!

We loved it. House was clean, there were extra air mattresses, wagon for the kids to go the beach, every kind of dish you would need. Kitchen had a limited supply of everything. Very spacious.

We have been taking an annual trip to different Florida locations since 2013. This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The beaches were beautiful and there were only a few people on them so we felt like we had a private beach. The pool was awesome as well. The condo itself was beyond perfect!!!!

The condo was very nice. We had a little bit of an issue with the keypad on the door, but the owner contacted us back very quickly and rectify the situation on the spot. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view from the patio was great. The beach toys and cooler that were there were a great addition that prevented us from having to bring our own they had beach towels and bath towels, which made it easy to transition from travel to the beach or pool. The hot tub did have a weird odor to it. Not sure what that was, but the rest of the location was great. On-site parking was good. The people were friendly and there were plenty of places to eat around the location.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property and the owner was absolutely fantastic! She was very prompt with replies to our questions and make sure we were comfortable for the week. Could not ask for a better week away with family… Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay

This trip we stayed at three different places from Tennessee to Florida and this was far and above the nicest and cleanest place we stayed.The was more than enough room for 4 adults a teen and two kids under 5. The unit was clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. I have family in Ft Myers so I’m here at least once a year and I would recommend this place to anyone.This will be the only place I stay from here on out.

What a wonderful find in FMB! Right on the beach with a pool too. Great location and property. Spacious clean condo. Would definitely stay here again. Check out the farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday!

Perfect Property for our Family.

This property was the perfect location for our family of 6! The amenities were just as described, the beach is steps from the door, the pool was super clean and the perfect temperature, and there were several grills to use out on the patio. As our first family getaway during Thanksgiving break, we couldn’t have picked a better place to relax and give thanks.

Hi, I'm Kari!

I was born, raised, and now reside with my husband and 3 children (plus fur baby) in the Great Lakes State.

I hold a CPA license and two law degrees, but I have been home raising my children for the past 8 years. Now, I have decided to manage our properties, and I love it!

My husband and I are avid travelers and have really enjoyed learning about and experiencing other cultures and foods. We have spent a lot of time traveling in Europe, but I have yet to go to Greece - next on the list.

As much as we love to travel, we rarely travel in the summer months. If you haven't heard, Michigan summers on the lake are hard to beat! We spend as much of our time as possible boating, paddleboarding, going to the beach, and hiking the sand dunes.

When we're home, our children keep us on our toes with their various sports, music and art classes. They are learning to speak Mandarin through an immersion program, and our oldest are fortunate enough to attend and environmental school.

We love Fort Myers Beach!

My husband grew up coming to Fort Myers Beach for family vacations every spring. Now that we have a family of our own, we wanted to continue the tradition. We try to visit at least once every year, and our children cannot get enough.

We always dreamed about having a place of our own where we could make memories and come back to again and again. This property meets all of our criteria.
