Make yourself at home in this charming coastal retreat just steps from Bonita Beach. Located directly across the street from the Gulf and a short walk to Public Beach Access #7, this home offers the perfect combination of location, space, and comfort for families and groups.

The Space

Bright, airy, and designed for gathering, the main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Lower Level (Private Entry Suite)

This home includes a separate lower-level living space with no interior connection to the main floor.

Accessed through a private exterior entrance only, this area includes:

1 bedroom with two full beds
Full bathroom
Sitting area with table and chairs

Important: A/C is provided in the bedroom only. The sitting area is not separately air-conditioned.

This layout works well for guests who appreciate added privacy or separation within their group.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishware, utensils, and essentials—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

This property and the host Melanie were fantastic. I was able to communicate directly with her on things we needed and how to check in/check out. The house was super tidy and had plenty of supplies for the beach as well as the grill and kitchen, which we loved. I would certainly recommend this property!

The property manager was very communicative and responded immediately when we had a little hiccup with the door code. The location can't be beat - right across from the beach access. We did not have as large of a party as the house would accommodate, so we found it very comfortable to hang out in the evenings. A larger group would be lacking for comfortable seating to watch TV, etc as there is just one couch and one loveseat in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. I'd stay there again!

Great location directly across from the beach access point. The owner was very responsive to questions. For families with young children, be aware that the third bedroom is downstairs and cannot be reached through the living area upstairs. You will need to leave the living area upstairs, walk down the steps, and enter through a separate entrance downstairs. For two couples or if you are traveling with older teenagers, it should be ideal. If you are expecting young children to stay downstairs, you may want to reconsider staying here or moving the young children upstairs.

For us, it’s the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience—a place where we can enjoy the beach every day while still feeling connected to the heart of Bonita Springs. It’s no wonder we fell in love with this neighborhood and made it our home.
