Aqua Vista 505W! ~ Located on the 5th Floor West Tower, this two-bedroom condo has been completely remodeled! Every inch of this condo has been redone top to bottom. None other like it in the building! Complimentary Beach Service (2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella each day) From March 15-October 31.

FAMILIES ONLY! Must be 25 or older to rent. No Student Groups. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this property. Any deception will result in loss of rent and eviction.

NO PETS! Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property! Any traces will result in an appropriate charge to the card on file and eviction with no refund.

NO SMOKING! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including on balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.



Rental agreement will be emailed after reservation and must be filled out in a timely manner or may result in cancellation.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in over the last 20 years. Clean, quiet, huge balcony, big closets, spacious rooms…. and everything has been updated. All new appliances including a full size washer and dryer!The private beach is perfection with chair and umbrella service run by the kindest person who frequently checks on you to see if you need your umbrella up so you don’t get burned!Easy in and out of the condo with key codes instead of actual keys, so no key hunting necessary!And last but not least, the most responsive host tops all of this off- any questions I had were answered immediately.

Just a get away

The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is incredible! It’s in a no so busy part of Panama so the beach was relaxing and not crowded !

Enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista 505W. The view is amazing and it was nice to have coffee on the balcony each morning. The bed was comfy! Also so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Hope to return again!

Summer vacation with friends

We have been going to Panama City Beach every summer for five years now & this was by far the best place that we have stayed at!! This condo is so clean & beautifully decorated!! We didn’t want to leave & would for sure stay here again!!

Absolutely Amazing

Beautiful property, directly on the Beach with incredible views of the Ocean and Sunsets from the balcony. Host was extremely accommodating and checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our vacation. Excellent location and very private beach due to amount of units and occupants compared to the high rises. We will definitely be coming back. It was heavenly!

Great Location- Quiet Beach

The property was great for our family. The room eas very nice and just as listed. The location was perfect for those that like a quieter area, but is within a short walks distance (approximately 1 mile) of Pier Park for those that like the busier area. The beach at the unit is wide enough for everyone to be able to spread out and having the free beach service each day was a definite plus.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the large windows to the balcony, great view from the large 5th floor balcony. We liked that the complex was low density and never felt crowded. It was very clean. It was also located right across the street from Winn Dixie which made grocery shopping very convenient. Also having the free beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus.

Nicely decorated condo with a great view of the beach. Comfortable beds, renovated kitchen and large showers. Large screen TV, excellent parking, and low rise condo provides plenty of beach space. At the western edge of PCB allows you to avoid a lot of traffic. My wife’s new favorite place at the beach.

Gorgeous, immaculate and friendly

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view of you have of the Gulf of America beaches and ocean was amazing and very relaxing! The property owners were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had! The location is pretty much in center of PCB and within 30 minutes of basically anything you’d want to do whether it’s swimming with dolphins, eating some delicious seafood, shopping at pier park or just hanging out and enjoying the weather and sunshine! This place was 5stars in every way imo! We’ll certainly be checking back in the future for a possible trip we may take back to PCB! One of our very favorite places we’ve stayed! A

Aqua Vista W505 -- Most Relaxing Vacation

We loved the condo, the location on the beach and the location by land. Had an awesome time. Very relaxing. Made some new friends on the beach. Condo was decorated nicely, updated and had everything we needed. Perfect weather with incredible views (sunsets and sunrises). We definitely plan to come back.
