Bright and sunny ranch offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry on main level. Convenient to beaches, shops, restaurants, Bray Farms, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. High speed internet makes it great for remote working. Great deck with grill perfect for outdoor dining. Firepit, patio and backyard great for après-beach cocktails. We also provide linens, bath towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and have sand toys for children. Quiet cul-de-sac setting complete this family friendly vacation spot.

This cozy ranch had everything we needed; fire pit, deck, giant TV, lots of space and close to several beaches. Excellent place to stay.

Quiet, close to beach

We had a very nice stay at this well-maintained property. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Short drive to Dennis beaches and area attractions. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Great cape getaway

Wonderful little cape getaway house with a must for summer a brand new out door shower! Garage is great for loading up and unloading for adventures a breeze. Nice fire pit outside for relaxing and grill as well. Very comfortable for 2 families with little ones. Thanks would stay again!

Summer Beach Vacation

Property served us well for a family of seven during summertime! The yard outdoor space, patio & firepit, is particularly lovely, but the family room area also has enough space for playing games, watching movies, etc., if weather isn't playing along.

Family Friendly

James' home is in a great neighborhood. There is a full service grocery store and a fish market within a 2 minute drive and an adorable community farm with chickens, cows, and goats within walking distance. The backyard, deck and newly renovated outdoor shower made for a family friendly stay.

Cape Cod Vacation

We visited from the UK. Really excellent property. Very comfortable and homely. Everything you would need for a vacation was provided including beach chairs, towels etc. Lovely patio with BBQ for eating outside. Supermarket close by. Easy access to highway for travelling round the Cape.. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

The home was located just a few minutes’ drive to our favorite Dennis beaches, many nice restaurants, ice cream and even a small local market which we could walk to. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and even a beach cart for our use. The host made our days days in Cape Cod run smoothly.

This property was perfect. Clean. Great central location. Exactly as advertised. Owner easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Beach chairs and towels, fire pit, outdoor shower and space to work out all extras that made this place a 10 out of 10. I rent 2 or 3 places a year and this property was one of the best.

Awesome home

The house was perfect for our two week stay on the cape. The house had everything you need to make your stay hassle free. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Beach towels and eight beach chairs. The deck and backyard were great for evenings to relax after the beach. The location was close to our favorite beaches Mayflower and Chaplin Memorial. Just an awesome place overall. James was so nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here for your next visit on the cape.

House was great for spending a week at the cape. Everything was clean and there plenty of space for 6-8 people at one time. Close to everything too. Would recommend!

Lovely, Spacious & Quiet ... just what was needed

Treated my folks to a getaway on the Cape with us. The house was perfect! Dad loved the big TV and mom loved the bed pillows so much, she ordered them for herself. Haha. Close to beaches. Grocery store, fish market and pizza place just around the corner. Quiet neighborhood. Great deck and back yard.

Great for a beach week

A clean and tidy house just a 10 minute drive to the beach, it worked well for 5 of us, especially the second bathroom. Love the beach chairs and umbrellas and having a supermarket within walking distance. Would recommend.

Great stay in Yarmouth!

My family and I had a great time exploring Cape Cod and this property was central to everything that we did while we were there. James thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and I definitely recommend! Looking forward to going back!

Great house and location for family vacation

James' house worked great for our family vacation. We had three generations ranging in age from 27 to 90. Everyone was happy with the house. The deck, grill and fire pit got lots of use. Great proximity to Mayflower Beach and other arts of Cape Cod. Will defintely return.

Beautiful home with unbeatable location and fire pit!

Stayed here to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC and couldn’t have been happier. The house is great and in an awesome location. Beds are comfy, wifi was perfect for video calls and remote work. We cooked/BBQ'd a couple nights and went out to great local spots others. Fire pit in the back was a nice added bonus. Will definitely be coming back for the summer season!

We particularly love the outdoors and everything the Cape has to offer in that regard: beaches, biking, running, hiking, outdoor dinning and more. We also have the ability to work remotely and use our place to do so when we can. There are also plenty of amazing eateries, shops and hangouts we frequent whenever we're up here. There are so many fun things to do in all seasons and we hope our home serves as a great base for you, your friends and family to come enjoy.
