This was our first trip to West Palm Beach. We're a family of four with an 11 and 13 year old boy. We were basically "just winging it" this vacation and we were so lucky to land this rental! It was. beyond our expectations- pristinely clean, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of extra bedding, linens, as well as basics in the kitchen and bathroom that made us feel right at home. The boys spent a ton of time in the pool and the property was so pretty and fun to explore! Our only regret was not booking another day or two but we are planning on a return trip!

Absolute Paradise

The best part of visiting West Palm Beach was this lovely home. This tucked away paradise was so comfortable and beautiful we didn't want to leave! Our host was welcoming and always there if we needed her. I can't express in words how easy and wonderful our stay here was except to say we'll always remember it and will definitely come back to her. Thank you Nicollet!

Brevity of host interaction. If there is an issue a phone call should have happened to resolve instead of hours between responses and back and forth communication that lasted 3 days.

Disappointing!

There is a reason there are no pictures of the outside of this home. It is located on a dead-end street and although the listing says 4 parking spaces would be available. we barely had room for two cars! Once inside the home it was as shown: spacious, well stocked and clean. However, there is definitely a fork shortage and no curtain or shade on the bathroom window. The outdoor patio was quiet and private, but could definitely use a power washing. There are parts of it that were really gross. The location was great as it was a short ride to the beach and restaurants!

Nice flexible option

If you are traveling with a family and non-family combination, this setup is great. There are two different buildings - a 2 bedroom house with kitchen and family room, and another separate one-bedroom efficiency hat is great for a family friend, or other couple, or whatever. It allows them privacy away from a family with kids, if desired. Once inside the complex, it is very private. Awesome. The neighborhood is ok. The location is ok. The owners are great and very responsive. My only complaint is that the pool is surrounded by a gate, which is not in the pictures. I suppose this is for safety / insurance reasons, but totally kills the ambience. There should be an option to decline the gate.

Hacienda house

Four older adults stayed here for 4 nights while in Florida visiting friends. The house is lovely with everything you need. There were only two things that marred our stay. There is a security fence around the pool that is not shown in the pictures. I feel we would have used the pool more if the fence wasn’t there, but I understand it may be there because of a liability issue. The other problem we had was that we could not have any visitors. At all! We wanted to invite our friends over for a meal, but we were refused. I emailed Nicolette, and she knew our ages (65+), it was not likely that we would cause any problems, but we were told absolutely no visitors. We will be coming to Florida again, possibly next year, but we will look for something more suitable for us.

Absolutely shocking! Terrible communication with host. The house was NOT stocked with advertised amenities. Almost no coffee pods, no dishwashing tabs, no kitchen clothes or towels. Check in was awful. I didn’t receive the information until after our check in time. Parking is advertised but not available for 2 cars. Was parked in multiple times. Nicolette was no help. Wouldn’t respond to my messages. Was initially not permitted to take down the whole child safety pool fence despite us having no one under 16 present and we stay for 8 days. Trash was overflowing when we arrived. They had no casserole dishes, 3 small Tupperware and it was by no means a fully stocked kitchen. The listing referenced an ice maker but the fridge had no automatic water or ice dispenser so be prepared to buy water during your stay.
