Very special place! Breathtaking views, amazing property and a home that is impeccably clean and beautifully designed! This place is so special - our extended family had a wonderful week here and we hope to come back! It has everything you need for a week on Lake Michigan! The owner is so communicative and gracious. I highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful property! Very clean! Beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our family had a great time building wonderful memories together here! Highly recommend. We would definitely book it again!

This is a amazing property. Very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Beautifully furnished. The owners have really thought of everything to make peoples stay relaxing. Private beach access was a bonus. Our family of 11 adults and three small children vacationed with ease at this property. We will vacation here again in the future.

Spacious home, beautiful views worked well for our family vacay. We spent time on the private beach & in Lake Michigan, the hot tub, in St Joseph, Caloma area (Paw Paw Lake), South Haven. Would have been even better with a big tv on main floor family area…also additional bathroom linens (especially washcloths) …

If you enjoy stunning sunsets,a beautiful beach, and a home with a view. This is the home for you. We enjoyed this home for many reasons. Expansive space across 3 levels. Game room with ping pong and air hockey was fun. Basement was well appointed with seating for 6 plus. Nice table for board games too. Nice walkout patio with plenty of seating near fire pit. If you like to cook the kitchen has plenty of counter for several people to maneuver at one time. Jim was very easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns we had. We would definitely rent again..

The property is amazing. The owner, Jim, was so helpful and kind. We loved our lazy mornings on the porch looking at the incredible view of Lake Michigan. We played yard games and spent long days at the Beach. Everyone had their own space and never felt cramped. The kitchen and screened in porch are game changers. I strongly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay with friends and family! Plenty of room for 11 adults 2 babies! Great view, large yard, private beach. It takes about 5 mins to walk down to the beach, & tougher uphill. Had to purchase some cleaning supplies & basic kitchen items but otherwise had enough silverware, kitchen utensils, and tableware. Very responsive host! Overall lots of memories in this beautiful house! Would recommend!

I have been telling all my friends and family how excited I was to stay at this property. When I finally arrived, it was just as beautiful as the photos. My friends and I were able to watch the sunset both nights! There are plenty of bathrooms for people not to feel on top of each-other too. If you are looking for a home to get away to for a relaxing weekend, this is the place to go.The only negatives (which are small), the stairs are quite steep to get down to access the beach and it’ll take a couple of minutes to get to the bottom. It wasn’t an issue for my group but elderly or disabled people will not be able to use them. There was also quite a lot of fruit flies in the house but the owners setup traps to try to combat them. I know fruit flies are hard to get rid of though so again - not a big deal for us just a bit annoying at times in the kitchen.Overall, I would still highly recommend this home to stay at in the future.

The house was gorgeous and perfectly suited for our 3 families to gather to celebrate a milestone birthday. The kids loved the bunk room. Perfect getaway.

The property was beautiful and well kept as was the house. So well laid out. If you plan to do a lot of cooking the kitchen could have been better equipped with pots pans. Teflon plans should be gotten rid of and they should be replaced with stainless steel. Rooms and beds were well appointed and comfortable. Toys and activities for entire family were excellent including beach equipment. Beach towels would be nice to include since they are bulky to bring. Water pressure was very low and hot supply was as well. These improvements would really put this house in a league of its own. With that said we had a wonderful extended family weekend. We would absolutely rent again.

Family Vacation

Had a great time with family of all ages, beautiful place with breathtaking views, if you normally carry a lot of stuff to beach I would pack light, stairs to beach are challenging for some people.

Family Reunion

We had many different age groups stay with us over a three week period, ranging from age 18 to 80, and the house accommodated us all beautifully. It is in tip top condition and offers many amenities. The beach is lovely and the sun sets are beautiful. We enjoyed it very much.
