Private full one bedroom (sleeps up to six) located on the 10th floor, private oceanfront balcony with spectacular view of the beach, bandshell, and pier...
Beautiful art-deco décor fully furnished with a King Bed beds plus a queen size sofa sleeper sofa in the living room. all you need to bring is you toothbrush everything else is here!

Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and Outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults (including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out.

Situated next to the famous Daytona beach band shell, you can enjoy frequent concerts presented by well-known artists, numerous special events, and athletic competitions that continue to make Daytona a popular destination.
A short walkup the boardwalk to the pier allows for fishing, a gondola ride or some great fun food.
Walk across the street to Daytona lagoon, a water park that's fun for the entire family. It includes a go-cart racecourse and a state-of-the-art video arcade.
Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday. However, please call for availability and rates if looking for a shorter term stay or last-minute specials.

Property was as advertised and other reviews were accurate. It’s a great location and comfortable bed. Loved having access to washer and dryer. However, I got sick and we had to leave a day early.

Pleasant getaway

The resort location was fantastic. All the employees we ran into were wonderful. The pool was where we spent most of our time as well as walking on the beach. Our only issue is that the unit we stayed in needs some updating. The bathroom, kitchen and bedroom needs a facelift as it’s getting run down. Dishwasher was missing wheels on rack. Loved the couches in living room and the views priceless.

Best Getaway!

We traveled for Welcome to Rockville and this condo was the icing on the cake for our Getaway! The view was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the convenience of all of the ammenities available to us. We slept in every day as the bed was super comfy! It was perfect for the just the 2 of us and we are already planning on visiting again with our family. We had to check in late, which wasn't an issue and Cindy was the best host we have ever had while traveling! We can't wait to visit again!

Ocean Walk never disappoints!

Ocean Walk never disappoints! They have excellent facilities and amazing staff that go above and beyond every day. This unit is no exception and the property manager was quick to respond to all of our inquiries.

Daytona Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our time in this condo. First, the place is very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows provided. Amenities on the resort are lovely and well maintained. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to restaurants and shops or snag an uber for more inland features. The condo is a little dated. Bathroom fixtures could use some attention & water pressure in the shower is low but that's no reason we wouldn't happily return. Would recommend!

Needs updating

We were unfortunately in an accident on the way to Daytona and called Cindy to inform her that we would be checking in late because of it. She was quick to answer and called the front desk for us to let them know. The facility is by far my favorite to go to at Daytona Beach. The pools, lazy river, and frozen drinks by the pool are the cherry on top. Unfortunately, this condo is in dire need of updates. The tile floor is broken and loose in multiple places, and some tiles are not even cemented all the way, which is not safe for smaller children. The bathroom is subpar overall. The showerhead is too heavy, and the ring behind it that attaches to the wall kept falling down. The flooring in the living area has multiple places that are warped, and a piece of strip is missing, connecting the tile to the kitchen. We had one night where the battery in the thermostat died, and I called Cindy, but she did not answer (a voicemail was left), and I texted her, but did not hear back from her for almost two hours. I ended up running to the front desk, and maintenance brought me some batteries The view from the balcony is beautiful, the washer and dryer were nice, and the bed was comfortable, but the condo as a whole is extremely outdated. With new paint, new flooring, and a renovated bathroom, I would have no problems staying in this condo again, but for the price, it could have been a lot better.
