Escape to a relaxing vacation on the beautiful Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, located in a wonderful oceanfront condo community on the quieter North end of Myrtle Beach. We are close to everything the area has to offer: fishing piers, golf courses, great restaurants, Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, mini golf, live theater shows & more. And we are only a few steps to the beach and the famous Ocean Annies.
The space
Bright, Remodeled Oceanfront Condo with Stunning Views

Welcome to your beachside retreat! Our beautifully remodeled oceanfront condo is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The updated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials of home, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. Enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea to start your day right. There’s seating for six in the dining area, perfect for family meals or a casual breakfast before hitting the beach.

Spacious Living Area:
The living room features two full-size sofas, one of which converts into a queen-size sleeper—ideal for extra guests. Relax with your favorite shows and movies on the large Roku TV, or gather around for a fun night of board games. Step outside to your private balcony and take in the breathtaking views of both the ocean and marsh.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom: Unwind in a king-size bed with a
comfortable memory foam mattress. This room includes a Roku TV, a full-size dresser, a spacious closet, and private access to the balcony for those serene morning or evening moments.

Guest Bedroom: Features two twin beds with cozy memory foam mattresses, a Roku TV, and storage space in the closet and small dresser—great for kids or additional guests.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one in the hallway and a private en-suite in the master—provide plenty of space and convenience for your group.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples’ getaway, or a fun trip with friends, this oceanfront condo offers the comfort of home with the magic of the beach just steps away.

You will have access to the entire condo except for 3 small locked closet spaces where our housekeeping cleaning supplies are located.
Other things to note
Please note we are located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. There is also a community laundry room located on the first floor that has coin operated machines.

Only 1 parking pass provided to guests per HOA. Strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy per HOA rules.

I have a minimum 7 night stay during the peak summer season and a minimum 3 night stay during off season starting in September.

I had a great experience at this condo. Excellent location, very clean, and I'd argue probably one of the best units in the building. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Condo was well represented. Air conditioning is provided by a window style unit in the primary bedroom and living room. Living room unit exhausts alot of heat on patio while running. Secondary bedroom does not contain any air conditioning other than air flow from remainder of condo which makes it hotter than the rest of the condo.

Excellent Stay!!!

We have stayed at A Place at the Beach III for many years, this was one of the best units we have stayed in. Everything was in the unit that you needed, pots, pans, glasses, sheets for the sofa bed, you name it, it was there. Unit was clean and updated. Plenty of room for my entire family. Would recommend to anyone looking to find a place to stay in this complex!!

Great spot!

Nice condo! Kitchen was well equipped. Loved that there Keurig already there. There were a few minor repairs that are needed after it being rented out all summer. Loved being close to everything! Nice and quiet too.

Great place

The place was good. Had two issues. First, trying to watch TV was difficult, primarily sports, because of all the ROKU options. When finally finding something, it kept reloading. Also, in master bathroom, could never get hot water in the shower. It would get luke warm, then cold. Believe the plumbing isn't hooked up right. No problem in the other bathroom. Beside those two small items, loved the place and the location. It was clean and provided a nice place to stay on vacation. Also, manager was accomodating with letting me drop bags early.

Great location

Very nice condo with all we needed for our stay. Great views of the ocean and marsh. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with early check in. We love this area as it is close to Apache Pier and the inlet/marsh. The only downside for us is there is a 1 car limit during season. We travel with adult family and need 2 cars. We’ve never been limited to under 2 vehicles anywhere else we have stayed when there are accommodations for 6 people. This is on the HOA not the host but unfortunately will prevent further stays here for my family. Beautiful condo and area otherwise!

A place at the beach

Our stay was excellent. The condo was very nice and just as advertised. I would most definitely stay there again. We loved the time to relax and enjoy the beach and the condos amenities.

Wonderful!!

This beach condo is really comfy and is extremely nice. It has a great view of the ocean! The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and updated. Communication with the owner was easy. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful view, close to everything, exceptional condo

Will definitely stay again. Loved the view and the condo. Only drawback is stairs. There is no elevator, which was a little hard on us, but we managed. Just keep that in mind when packing for your trip. Condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, balcony is small but great view. Beach steps away and nice pool. Condo is close to grocery stores and restaurants. All in all, loved our stay and will definitely plan on returning.

Wonderful Condo!

Condo had everything needed for a comfy weeks stay. Host very responsive to questions, easy check-in. Great location. Close to Barefoot Landing - great restaurants and shops. Ocean Annie’s next door to enjoy live bands. Wonderful beach, not crowded, very relaxing. Our first time visiting South Carolina and we would definately vacation here again!!

My husband and I live in SC. We both have children and busy 9-5 corporate jobs that doesn't allow for much free time. We've always wanted to be able to get away even for just a quick weekend trip to relax. This condo allowed the perfect opportunity for that. This is our little piece of paradise. A place to go to unplug , relax and recharge. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Please help us keep it as nice as it is now so you , I and our other guests can enjoy it for years to come.

We loved this property from the moment we saw it. It has a beautiful view if the ocean on one side and marsh across the street. Its located in the quieter, more family friendly North end of Myrtle Beach away from all the crowds and traffic. Its close to great shopping and lots of wonderful restaurants. Barefoot Landing is just 5 miles north of us. Its a great place to find unique shops and great restaurants. My husband and I put a lot of time and TLC into remodeling and decorating our place so it would be welcoming and relaxing. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We would appreciate any feed back or suggestions you may have during or after your stay.
