We apologize for the inconvenience with the sliding glass door to the balcony and appreciate your feedback. We are doing everything we can to improve the sliding glass door. Thank you for your review! We’re glad you found the unit clean and accurately represented. We do want to note that the property is located in a high-traffic, vibrant area, and we have no control over noise from nearby restaurants or businesses. We encourage guests who prefer a quieter environment to consider this when booking. We hope to host you again under circumstances that better match your preferences!

Thank you for choosing to stay at our vacation rental property, it was a pleasure to host you during your stay! We hope that you enjoyed the amenities and facilities provided at the property. We appreciate your feedback and strive to continuously improve our guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the location, but I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the air conditioning and the communication. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We do have a note that our maintenance team went to address the issue, but were unable to complete the service without a missing part that had to be ordered, so that service was completed the following day. We do our best to remedy situations as quickly as possible within our control, and hope you give us the opportunity to do that again in the future!

Hi Bill, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay at Cabana Suites, but we are surprised to hear so as you did not reach out to us with any of these concerns while you lodged with us. Many of these things are easily fixed with a quick phone call to our 24/7 line. We hope you'll give us another chance, maybe at a larger property for your stay needs. Thank you for your review.

Staying right on the beach is always relaxing. Yes the kiddy pool appears to be a hot tub in the pictures. The beginning of spring does not allow enough time for the water to heat up being it is not a heated pool. The HOA has a fall project to replace all of the sliders in the building. Sorry for any inconvenience. We appreciate your comment about the amazing staff at Sea Coast Rentals.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that the condo was comfortable for your family of five, and that the location met your expectations—those are two things we always strive to deliver. We completely agree—it’s important that each guest reports maintenance needs promptly so we can make repairs as soon as possible. Your proactive communication helped us resolve these issues during your stay, and we’re grateful for that. We are very happy to hear you’d consider returning. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother, more enjoyable stay in the future. Warm regards,

Thank you for staying with us Shawna, we're so happy you enjoyed!!

Thank you for your 4 star review! We hope to host your next visit
