Please accept our invitation to Treasure Island unit 1210 in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Furnished with beautiful furniture and comfortable mattresses (memory foam in master) . We have added a jacuzzi tub to the master bath. Stranded bamboo flooring has been installed Oct. 2013. Stainless appliances added Jan. 2015. You will love the view from the huge 12th floor balcony! Beach service for 2 is included March - Oct. Enjoy this spacious 1370 sq. foot 2 BR/ 2 BA NON-SMOKING unit. It will accommodate up to 4 Adults (MAX)and 2 children very comfortably. Parking garage attached -- no streets to cross. 7 night rentals only Sat- Sat. Absolutely NO SMOKING AND NO PETS


The living room offers a Sofa, a swivel rocker recliner , new 55“ LED flat panel HDTV and DVD player.


The master bedroom features a King Size Sealy Posturpedic Memory Foam bed with dual side dressers & lamps. This bedroom features a 32' LCD flat panel HDTV w/DVD. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized 9' x 30' balcony through the 8 ft. glass sliding doors.

The master bath features a large double head shower with plenty of room for two, double vanity and new JACUZZI TUB.


The guest bedroom features a King Size pillow top bed and it also includes a 32' LCD flat panel with DVD. This bedroom has a private access to the common bath. You can see beautiful views of the Bay from this room.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $75 administration fee. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded....this is not my fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens.

Why Leitha Butler chose Florida North West

After looking at many complexes we decided on Treasure Island because of it's spacious units and large balcony with breathtaking views. Since it is built at an angle you can see way down the coastline. The location is great because it is on the quiet end of Thomas drive,close to the best restaurants Panama City has to offer and only a half mile from St. Andrews State Park. We also wanted the parking garage on the beach side of the road so you wouldn't have to walk so far to get to your condo. We would love to have you stay with us!

First review I've ever written!! I've stayed in quite a few condos over the last 30 yrs and this place has them all beat hands down!! The furniture is all very nice, both king beds the absolute ultimate!!! Balcony has more than enough seating! The owners are on the spot when u need something! I forgot the pass code to get in room at checkin is the ONLY reason I need them!!

The place was spotless I will be staying here again without a doubt!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous and clean!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Our first evening there we unpacked and immediately ventured out for dinner and groceries. While out I received a text from Leitha stating that there was a potential problem with the master bedroom ceiling fan and asked if we were ok with maintenance going into the condo to check it out or if we wanted it to wait until we had completed our vacation. I told her it didn't have to wait and when we got back maintenance had already been in, tightened up the ceiling fan and left is a note explaining what he did! Thanks to the cleaning service, Leitha knew there was a problem before we did and it was fixed before we ever settled in for the week! I wish all condo owners were this attentive to their property! Thanks Leitha for sharing your beach home! From condo owner to property management on site, everyone is very attentive to the upkeep and needs of their guests!

We also never had an issue getting a beach chair or a poolside lounger......there are plenty which has been an issue at other resorts. Keep in mind this is Spring Break, so it was very crowded and we still didn't have an issue getting loungers! I highly recommend this condo!

1210 - a great place to stay.

This unit was exactly as advertised with very attractive decor.

The kitchen equipment was extensive with crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery galore, but it lacked a teapot so we left ours behind.

The balcony was very large. You are high enough to cut out most of the beach noise yet the sound of the waves still lulled us to sleep each night.

The Bar-B-Ques on the 3rd floor are top of the line Webers but there are few tools down there so if you like a burger you should take your own metal spatula.

Treasure Island has loads of parking and plenty of luggage carts. The pool is heated and clean and access to the beach is easy.

Leitha was easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend 1210 to anybody.

Perfect family accommodations!

We just returned from a week's stay in this beautiful condo. Everything about it was wonderful. The fully-equipped kitchen made dinners-in an easy endeavor, and the comfortable living area boasted enough seating for everyone to watch tv together. The king beds in BOTH bedrooms made comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. The balcony had a good assortment of furniture - again, enough for everyone to enjoy the sunsets together. One of the best parts was the Jacuzzi tub and the ultra-comfortable mattress in the master suite. We did have a minor glitch during our stay, but the owner responded and took care of the problem literally within minutes. We've stayed at Treasure Island Resort for years, and this is our favorite condo yet. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful ~ Clean Condo!!

We just spent a great week in PCB. The condo, 1210, was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean, and view from the deck was superb. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay here again.
