Apartment with much love furnished in the new and modern complex Casilla de Costa. In addition to two large double beds waiting for you a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The upscale equipment is also high demands. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view over the entire north of the island. The beautiful and large communal pool invites you every day to relax. The unit has its own storage room on the ground floor. Ideal for sports equipment of all kinds.

The development of the large and extensive complex Casilla de Costa is not yet completed. This may occasionally cause slight acoustic disturbances.

Top-Appartment im irgendwo

Super Appartment, sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt und sauber: Wenn der einzige mögliche Kritikpunkt sich auf einen wackelnden Handtuchhalter bezieht, ahnt man, daß nix Schlimmes passiert ist ;-). Sind trotz Ankunft am spĂ€ten Abend sicher ins Ziel gelotst worden, da der SchlĂŒssel an der TĂŒr im Safe vorhanden war und der Vermieter zeitnah per whatsapp Hilfestellung gab. Die Anlage liegt zwischen ein paar Orten im Nirgendwo, also braucht's ein Auto zum Strand, das muß man wissen. DafĂŒr ist die Anlage top und die Wohnung im 1. Stock mit Balkonausrichtung zum Pool und herbstlichen Sonnenuntergang brilliant gelegen. Volle Empfehlung!

Top-Wohnung mit Top-Ausstattung

Man kommt rein und fĂŒhlt sich wohl! Grandioser Wohnungszuschnitt mit separatem Schlaf-, Badbereich fĂŒr unser erwachsenes Kind. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig praktisch bzw. komfortabel (KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombi, Induktionsherd, mehrere Fernseher, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Strandausstattung, usw.) eingerichtet. Auf der großzĂŒgigen Loggia kann man im November die Sonne von morgens bis abends genießen. Mit Auto sind sowohl Lidl als auch ein Metcadona-Lebensnittelmarkt, die tollen StrĂ€nde in Corralejo bis El Cotillo und deren zahlreiche Restaurants gut zu erreichen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Moment der Abreise war alles perfekt und wiederholenswert. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist in einem tadellosem Zusatnd. Angefangen vom erstklassig und super gepflegtem Garten, ĂŒber die Pool-Anlage bis hin zur MĂŒllentsorgung ist alles durchdacht und in einem bemerkenswert gutem Zustand. Die GemeinschaftsflĂ€chen werden regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt und in Stand gehalten. Beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung empfing uns ein sehr nettes und gepflegtes Ambiente mit einem sehr schönen Willkommensgruß in Form von Pralinen, Sekt und Trinkwasser an jedem Bett auf jeder Seite. Weiterhin war eine Starterpaket mit Kaffe bereitgelegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lĂ€ĂŸt keine WĂŒnsche offen und ist weit ĂŒber Standardeinrichtung zu bewerten. Der Schlafkomfort ist durch die sehr guten Betten garantiert. Die Anlage ist ca. 9km außerhalb von Corralefo gelegen und hier macht ein Mietwagen durchaus Sinn, auch wenn die Wohnung mit dem Bus erreicht werden kann. Haltestelle ca. 300m Fußweg. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfĂŒllt und wir bedanken uns bei dem Vermieter und bei dem Team vor Ort fĂŒr eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmÀssig eingerichtet. Alle GerÀte und das Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch wÀhrend des Urlaubs kann man sich schnell mit Stephan oder Bonny austauschen. Die Anlage macht insgesamt einen schönen und gepflegten Eindruck. Der Pool und Garten sind sehr schön. Ein Auto sollte man haben, da es nach Corralejo ca. 9 km sind.

A lovely apartment that's well presented and is equipped with all essential amenities. The location is quiet, which is expected for the time of year. If you want to visit other parts of the island or go to the nearest beach, in my opinion a car hire is required..

Echt gutes Objekt

Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und einfach sehr schön. Das einzige was nicht so schön war, ist das es etwas weiter weg von der nÀchsten Stadt. Dennoch alles gut mit einem Auto oder Taxi zu erreicht. Die Wohnung an sich ist aber einfach Top und nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung fĂŒr den Urlaub in der Sonne, vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet und mehr, sehr sauber , mehr geht fast nicht. Gerade die 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und auch die 3 Terrassen sind alleine schon ein Grund wieder dort den Urlaub zu verbringen

ottima sistemazione

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo genn/marzo 2019 in casa Skadi. Casa accogliente ed arredata con gusto, funzionale la disposizione degli ambienti e completa di tutto, non manca nulla per un piacevole soggiorno. La Sig.ra Bonny collabora ottimamente per una perfetta pulizia della casa, con relativo cambio settimanale della biancheria letto, bagno e spiaggia, completando così la cortesia e gentilezza del lontano proprietario, Stephan. Purtroppo le condizioni climatiche non ci hanno permesso di godere pienamente degli spazi esterni, terrazza, ampio solarium superiore e piscina comunitaria, ma anche nelle giornate di pioggia, il restare all’ interno era divertente grazie ad una buona smart TV(anche se priva di canali italiani) e ad alcuni giochi collettivi. In conclusione 5 stelle per la casa
3 per il meteo ed un sentito grazie a Stephan ed a Bonny per averci fatto trascorrere delle buone vacanze. Sandro & Co.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

Alles neu, super schöne Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein Auto,sind ĂŒberall hin gefahren, die StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar, Corralejo ist in der NĂ€he, dort finden Sie viele Restaurants ,Clubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Außenanlagen wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig gepflegt, Sicherheitspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit, Unterkunft top, Netter und zĂŒgiger Kontakt zum Vermieter. Da zentral im nördlichen Teil der Insel gelegen, ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge jeder Art, zB. nach Lanzarote oder Abends kurz in die Hauptstadt. NatĂŒrlich ist es auch in der Anlage, auf der großzĂŒgigen Dachterrasse bei schönem, windstillen Wetter Wert einen Tag zu verbringen. Wir konnten jedoch auch zwei Tage einen "roten Sandsturm" miterleben. Wir hoffen, dass es dem Vermieter gelingt die FeWo. auch in weiterer Zeit in diesem einwandfreiem Zustand zu erhalten.

Modern and Charming apartment

we loved this charming fully equipped apartment in Villaverde. The location is perfect since just a short drive from Lajares, La Oliva Corralejo or the Cotillo beaches. In Lajares and la Oliva you can breath the countryside atmosphere different from the more touristic Corralejo Supermarket and village ( la Oliva or Lajares ) are 5 minutes driving. We loved the small market in la Oliva- el Coronel on tuesday and friday with fresh vegetables and typical local cheese. The interior is cozy and charming and we felt like at home . Thanks to Stephan and hope to come back very soon!

Wohnen wie im siebten Himmel in super Lage

Hat alles super geklappt! Sehr schöne, gepflegte und stilvolle Unterkunft! Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und es ist alles was das Herz begehrt, innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Supermarkt, Strand, Wassersportler kommen auf ihre Kosten ( Kiten, Surfen, SUP Kurse können direkt vor Ort gebucht werden und es kann am nĂ€chsten Tag schon los gehen). Der nĂ€chst grĂ¶ĂŸere Ort Corralejo ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht, wo man ausgiebig shoppen, essen und in einem der Restaurants/Bars am Strand bei einem leckeren Cocktail die Seele baumeln lassen kann. FĂŒr jeden Geldbeutel ist etwas dabei... Traumhafter Urlaub, der mit der tollen Unterkunft unvergesslich geworden ist...sehr zu empfehlen und dickes Dankeschön an die Vermieter!

If you are looking for relaxation, you are right here.

Why they chose this property

The new complex Casilla de Costa is located on the edge of Villaverde, the Beverly Hills of Fuerteventura, between the extinct volcanoes Escanfraga on the east side and Arena on the west side. The village of Lajares is close by and is not only an insider tip among surfers. The view from the terrace to the mountains, embedded in the sea from three directions, inspires every day to explore this beautiful island.

What makes this property unique

In the area and Corralejo you will find everything your heart desires, within a few minutes by car. Hiking, supermarket, beach, restaurants, nature, rough coasts and shopping. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here (kiting, surfing, SUP courses). To the apartment is also a sufficiently large storage room, which can be used for all sorts of sports equipment of you. They do not have to bring a lot. You can use the beach sports & leisure equipment in the apartment. And if you like it romantically, you will also find a nice picnic basket in the apartment.

!!! A tip, not only for fresh lovers !!!
One of the most beautiful sunsets over the sea you can enjoy in El Cotillo at the lookout "Torre del TostĂłn". A really absolute highlight. You will find a few restaurants nearby for this atmosphere.
