We stayed in Apartment Sanibel. Perfect little apartment for our stay. It has everything you need. Property is clean, lots of nice space outside to unwind and relax. The pool is great at clean. Coin Laundry (washers only, dryers are not coin operated) on site (not in apt) works well and very convenient. Didn't use the 2nd bedroom but master bed was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and close to everything! We very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The "Sanibel" accommodations were much older than we expected. The unit was in an older building in Florida which showed its wear and tear. The a/c units yielded a musty smell which filled the unit and carried home with us on our personal belongings. The rugs in the unit tended to be trip hazards, not secure in the living room and corners folding up on the one in the master bedroom. The dishes are located in an uppermost cupboard in the kitchen that were impossible for a shorter person to reach and no stool available to access them. The stove had burners that would not seat properly for level cooking. The kitchen table chairs were very shaky and did not feel safe to sit on.Overall I was a bit disappointed in our unit.

We had a enjoyable stay here. The host was very good. The apartment was well setup and clean with a comfortblebed. The heated pool was great,perfect temp. Great location in Fort Myers close to The River Districk, Ford Edison Estate and shopping. We would recomend a stay here and will be back next year.

Overall great stay subset and a couple budddies were in town for a men’s baseball tournament. Pool was a little dirty(leaves in pool) check in day. The next day leaves looked to be gone but pool was still kind of dirty. Inside the house was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great Place within walking distance of activities

We really enjoyed our stay at the house it had everything we needed. We were even walking distance to restaurants and a music walk.

Great place! Great location!

I stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. The place was great. It’s close to downtown Fort Myers and a short drive to the beach. The pool was really nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly walkable location in Downtown Fort Myers

This property was very clean and offered just what we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere and didn't have to spend the extra money on cab fares.

We love this neighborhood !

Barra Villa offers very comfortable and cozy lodging close to the downtown Ft. Myers activity, Edison's Home and Garden and McGregor Blvd. We always enjoy our stay here and the people we meet. The Host and Property Manager are great!

Baseball

This property was very nice. The pool area was also just perfect. We were in town for baseball and travel time to the fields was awesome. Right by a lot of the important stuff.
