If you’re looking for a well-appointed, clean property close to the beach with helpful, communicative hosts then this is the spot. It’s nicely and thoughtfully decorated and the hosts were very attentive. Strong AC, nearby grocery stores, easy parking, and many restaurants and ice cream within a close walk.

Very convenient location, right next to the beach and singing ice cream shop. Very spacious. Clean room. Great communication with host. Kitchen was great. Very family friendly. Good place to chill for a few days. Great getaway. 100% would do again.

Great beach place!

We loved our stay here. It was clean and modern and the outside sitting area was great. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs and toys to use during our stay. If staying w young children, need to be mindful of no sidewalks, staying right off a busy road and no sidewalks.

Awesome location, clean & beautiful condo!

We loved the clean and cozy feel of the condo right by the sea! We all had a great time and it included all the amenities of home. We were able to make a drive of about 20 minutes to nearby aquarium and boardwalk. Lots to do right near the condo, as well!

I had a great stay at Anthony & Kathy’s charming beach block condo. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and within close proximity to everything happening in Lavallette, including restaurants, shops, and local spots. It’s a small space, but they did an incredible job with modern touches and making it feel much more spacious than it actually is. Even though the weekend was rainy, I loved having the covered outdoor area where I could enjoy my morning coffee and relax with a good book.There were a couple of small things that came up in the beginning, but nothing major, and everything was addressed immediately, which I really appreciated.I would note that there is no dedicated parking for the unit. However, I arrived midweek and found ample parking available. That’s just something to keep in mind if you’re visiting during peak season.If you love to cook like I do, keep in mind that the kitchen is compact with limited prep space, although it’s very well equipped. I was still able to turn out some gourmet meals during my stay. I discussed this with Anthony & Kathy, and they are already thinking creatively about ways to add more prep space.It was very apparent that they genuinely care about doing whatever they can to make the experience a great one for their guests. Overall, I highly recommend their beautiful condo and look forward to future stays.Thank you, Anthony & Kathy, for making my trip such a wonderful one!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The apartament is perfect for a family of four and is equipped with all you need. The beach gear available for use was great, because it made packing for the trip so much easier! Great location, short walk to the beach.
