Apartment located on the ground floor of a small house in the city center, close to the market (Wednesday / Saturday morning), it consists of 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, a living-room and a patio.
This fully-equipped apartment is a good starting point for exploring Chantilly on foot.

At the end of the street is the lawn and the famous Chantilly racecourse.

The apartment is located right in the center where the market and restaurants are our neighbors.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The entrance is through a fully equipped and completely redone kitchen:
-dishwasher,
-oven,
-juicer,
- kettle,
- microwave,
-Nespresso machine (capsules provided).

You have a living room equipped with a TV with Netflix subscription (for rainy days).

The bedroom has new, high-end bedding (Emma mattress, voted best mattress by UFC-Que Choose):
In the master bedroom, you will have a King Size bed (160x200) and a large walk-in closet for your personal belongings.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200 with new Emma mattresses, a small TV with the Netflix subscription and a few books for those who prefer to read at night.

Everything is supplied with linen from the LINSVOSGES brand.

-The apartment is located 10 minutes from Chantilly train station.
-The apartment is fully equipped (TV, Netflix, alarm clock, clothes rack, iron / ironing board, etc.)
-The kitchen is fully equipped
-The airport is 25 minutes away,
-The forest is two blocks from the apartment. Watch out for horses, deer, deer… nature surrounds you in Chantilly!
-The castle is 8min walk from the house,
-The apartment is equipped with double glazing,
-The privatized terrace with its small garden furniture will welcome you for sunny days!


Sheets are provided and the bed is carefully prepared for your arrival (as in the photos!). We also provide you with towels.

✩✯✩ I take little cleaning costs but could you help me by putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it before leaving please (tablets are provided).
Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them in the white bag provided in the bathroom.

✦For information, the checkin is from 4 p.m.
For logistical reasons, an earlier arrival is not possible.
Also I couldn't keep your luggage before 4pm because I have no place to keep it, I'm sorry :(
✦ Departure is at 10am.

✦ For security reasons and for everyone's respect, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs). In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the studio exposes you to additional billing of €500 taken from the deposit. .
Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €500 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.
