Summer stay in Glendale

My wife and I stayed three nights at this condo. I loved the location, close to major freeways 101/10 and State Farm arena. When we arrived in Arizona, it was 114 outside, but our condo was nice and cold. This location is very quiet and the covered carport was a plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to Arizona.

Comfortable Condo

Loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. We were in town for the Cardinals/49ers game. The location to the football stadium was perfect. You can drive or Uber there quickly. The bed was comfortable. The pool area is close to the condo. The complex is quiet and neighbors we met were very nice. Anytime I had questions for the owner she responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet.

Located close to spring training facilities and State Farm stadium. It is on the second floor, 19 stairs. Mostly adult occupancy in the complex, but kid friendly, with a pool and grassy area where we saw children often playing.

Disappointing

I think the complex was very nice. Great pool area and nice workout room. However the condo itself was very disappointing. It was not clean. If we would have been at a hotel they would have moved us to another room. The contact person offered to come clean the areas of concern but it would have been the whole place. We did get the 50 cleaning fee refunded. It’s listed as being able to sleep 4 but the futon was not fit for sleeping. There were two clocks and neither worked. The garbage disposal did not work. We ran the dishwasher and food backed up in the sink. It is a gated complex and we did not have a key to get out to walk anywhere near by. We have been renting places for many years and this was easily the biggest disappointment.
