The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen was supplied. The lake view was beautiful and relaxing! The grounds are kept very nice with a great walking path around the lake.

This was a great place to stay while in Phoenix. The property was kept up and everything was clean and worked fine. Aside from emails, I did not have any interaction with the host, but there was no need to as everything that I needed to know was spelled out in the listing. We will definitely look into staying here again when we come back!

Everything was as described and pictured. The lake was lovely and a relaxing view from the condo. It was clean and comfy, and we enjoyed our time there!

THIS PROPERTY in the 5yrs me and my wife have been using vrbo for a week of stay is the best we've been to.I can see why it's rated so highly. Wish we could of stayed longer. Thank you for accommodating my wife's last minute needs to your best as well. Our Anniversary stay was a beautiful one!

Great place and greater host

It was a very nice place to stay enough space for the whole family. Sad the pool was not available, but kids enjoyed the lake and pickleball. Host had great communication and would stay again! If you find this place stop looking!

Great location to stay at as we moved our daughter in at GCU. It was a very nice, clean apartment and very safe. Plus, we had covered parking so we didn’t have to worry about our vehicle, in case of bad weather. All stores and restaurants are within a few miles, too. Easy to go to and from campus within 10 min. Highly recommend!!
