Experience vacation living at its best in this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground-floor condo—perfect for families, couples, or small groups. With thoughtful features and flexible accommodations, this comfortable retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in sunny Florida.

The full kitchen has plenty of space for preparing home-cooked meals, and the large dining table easily seats family and friends for shared meals or game nights. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to six guests total.

The highlight of this unit is the second bedroom: a private King Suite with its own entrance and a convenient kitchenette—ideal for extended family, friends, or added privacy. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs, while the main living area features a 55" Roku TV with premium cable for easy entertainment.

Step outside to your private, fenced, and gated lanai—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying Florida’s warm weather. The lanai gate provides quick, easy access to nearby parking. A washer and dryer are located in the Owner’s bathroom for added convenience.

Take a short walk next door to cool off in the beautiful Laterra pool located in the 955 building courtyard.

Traveling with little ones? Baby gear (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) and beach chairs are available free of charge with 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability).

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

We enjoy spending time with friends and family in this beautiful and historic area, St Augustine, Florida. We love sharing our favorite places and learning about new places to explore! When we travel, we seek out private getaways where we can be alone and spend time together, hanging out, playing golf, boating, exploring new restaurants, and walking on the beach whenever possible!
