The second floor balcony has a beautiful view. The house was very nice and accomodating to our big group. Kids had a great time using the heated pool. Would go back again next year.

Fun, clean house for Disney/Universal stay

This home is really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We weren't that far from all the area attractions. Plus, the neighborhood offers several pools and a small waterpark. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for a nice stay.

Once location was provided I found that it was about 15 miles south of the pin that was dropped next to Magic Kingdom. Sent a message to inquire and suddenly my property had maintenance issues and was unavailable while simultaneously ignoring my message regarding the falsely posted location. Booked months in advance for Christmas vacay as we are regulars. They moved us closer and got a small refund but it was no where near the type of property that was booked under false location. Didn’t want to end up without a property so dealt with it for the family vacay. It was communicated that the hot tub had completely drained and was obviously not working but that was not addressed. Glad they had another option but disappointed with ignoring of issues.

Due to an unexpected maintenance issue that arose shortly before arrival, we proactively relocated your reservation to ensure you and your family were accommodated without disruption during the busy Christmas period. While these situations are rare, guest safety and comfort are always our top priority. We were glad to be able to offer an alternative property nearby along with a partial refund, rather than risk your stay being canceled altogether. Regarding location: for security and privacy reasons, VRBO listings display a general area rather than an exact address. This is standard practice. Once a booking is confirmed, we provide full location details. Concerning the spa, we were only informed of this issue on the morning of checkout. Had we been notified earlier, we would have immediately addressed it, as we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay. We regret that this experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially during a holiday vacation, and we appreciate your understanding in working with us during an unexpected situation. Senior Year spring break

Great house for a group of 9 boys with the bunk room, pool, game room and resort amenities. It took a few days for the pool heater to work but we were not charged until it was working. Only suggestion would be to be sure all plates and glasses were dishwasher and microwave safe

Wonderful Place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house! Extremely clean and well kept home. Great bunk bed Star Wars room that the kids loved! Play room was also a big hit with basketball, pool table, and other fun games for adults and kids! Spacious rooms and two beautiful Master bedrooms! Our only recommendation is for the management company to have specific instructions for how to get the hot tub to work. The water level would decrease and it would not heat every time. Also, the pool light was not working. Nice home and would definitely rent it again!
