Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor At Westside Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 5 cars.

This house was amazing for our week vacation! We even planned two days and stayed in the house. That’s how awesome it was. The different themed rooms for Harry Potter were awesome. All the detail that they put into the Harry Potter details was amazing. The mini arcade games with unlimited play and the little cubby under the stairs with the old arcade Games was awesome.Will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to Orlando!!

The house is Awesome!! Well thought out, the decor was off the charts! So much to do at the house we didn’t go out 2 days while we were there and still had a blast, swimming and playing games. A great stay!!

House was everything that you could have imagined. The pictures are exactly what you see when you walk into each room. We loved to watch movies in the theater, and the kids played every game multiple times. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly, and the outside movie screen was great for an evening grilling out. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Best Vacation House Ever

The house we stayed at was great. The Harry Potter Theme throughout the house was unbelievable. The whole family enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it whether or not you are a Harry Potter fan.

Great time with family and friends visiting throughout our week long stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is professionally decorated, it feels like you are in the theme park! Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room. Highly recommend!

the property was great love the house the pool and spa everything was clean love the movie theater loved all the theme rooms love the game room upstairs the kids loved it. Only issue we had was with the grill, however that was refunded.

Phenomenal house!

The house theme is something to see! Check-in and communication were great. We had plenty of space for 10 adults and a number of beds weren’t even touched. I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful vacation home. Perfect for Harry Potter fans!

We stayed in this home for 13-days and had a blast the entire time. The location of the home is wonderful and we felt safe in the community. Our party had age ranges from 7 to 73, and the house was fit to accommodate all. We went to disney, but honestly I wish we had built in more days to just enjoy the home. The pool was great. The kids loved the movie theater. We had fun playing all the harry potter themed games. You will not regret booking this rental! Pur party had

Family fun time

We stayed at the Hogwarts Inn recently and did not want to leave. From the moment walking in the front door to the last moment there we had a wonderful experience. The property owner was easy to communicate with and any concerns were quickly addressed . The home itself was immaculate and had all we needed. The pool and spa were awesome and used by us frequently. The movie room was amazing. Like at the movies. The rooms were so well decorated and comfy. We ended up spending most of our time at the house rather than going out and about. The community is nice and peaceful as well. Will want to come back again soon.
