Upon entering the home, you'll be amazed by the expansive living area. The open kitchen will appeal to the chef of the family as it's well equipped with stainless-steel appliances, large island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a huge dining table with views of the adjacent pool. Neighboring the kitchen and dining is the living area with a large comfy sectional sofa and a mounted 86 inch flat screen television – perfect for lounging around after a day at the parks!

Movie night will be a sure hit as this home has a pretty epic theater with tiered seating and custom mural on the walls. Nearby you'll find an equally impressive game room complete with a custom '65 Ford Mustang pool table, dual massage chairs, 9' shuffleboard table, foosball, jukebox, and 3x large mounted flatscreens perfect for catching the game. Did we mention the converted garage complete with ping pong, Hummer racing arcade, and a custom made basketball shooting game all surrounded by an MC Escher-inspired wall mural. Head outside to find the resort style pool to cool down on a hot day.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports.
