We loved our stay! Such a cozy place! Location is so convenient to RMNP and Estes Park. It’s tucked away, quiet location is a perfect place for a get away! The entire place was thoughtfully stocked and clean!
We enjoyed this property! It was very clean and well stocked. Being creekside was lovely. I left an item behind and was contacted immediately and the owner worked with me to mail it. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay- very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. The highlight for us however was the streamside location with such a lovely soundtrack of flowing water!

We absolutely loved the cabin and property, the proximity to town and the park was great! When we go back we will definitely get this cabin again every time. Fishing right out the back door was a huge plus.
I loved staying here! This was a well-appointed, cozy, and comfortable place to stay on my recent visit to Estes Park. It’s super close to the RMNP entrance, and sits right on the river - all you have to do is open the patio door to hear the river rushing by. Check-in & check-out were super easy and the hosts were very responsive to any communications. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
This property was great. The close proximity to the river from the back porch was fantastic; we were able to keep the windows open and hear the river all the time during the day. Close access to town and RMNP. The unit was very clean and had all the things we needed. Host was great and communicative before and during the day, including answering questions I had after we booked. We come to Estes for a getaway at least once a year and will definitely plan on staying in the same place again
We loved this property! Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park, but easy to get to town. We loved sitting on the deck with the river running by. I hope we can come back!
My husband, 6 year old son and myself had a wonderful stay. The property was very nice and clean and the patio sat right on a gorgeous river. My son had the time of his life throwing sticks in the river and watching them float downstream. Would highly recommend!
Can’t beat the location of this condo. Everything was clean and anything we needed was there. Property owners were great to work with and communicated promptly. Would consider staying again for another weekend getaway.
We absolutely loved the location near the Falls River Entrance and right outside Estes! We saw 7 moose as their were so many right up the street near Sheep Lake! The house was on the creek and we listened to the water all evening. So relaxing!! Would stay again!
Such a cozy apartment that was so relaxing and cute! The deck by the river was my favorite part to sit and unwind after a hike at Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend this place.
If you’re looking for a place to stay as close to RMNP as you can get, look no further! My wife and I had an excellent stay here, and found all of the amenities we needed included. Everything was very well detailed and described making for an easy arrival and departure. The location doesn’t get much better, providing easy access to the park for early morning hikes or sunrise drives. Having elk and Fall River right off your back deck are just a bonus!
I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and fun. Kitchen has plenty to cook with, the fireplace kept the apartment cozy. There are lots of little details that made my stay special. There were even scissors and tape. Owners definitely pay attention to the details. Would recommend!

My wife (Sree) and I live in Longmont, CO with our 14 year old daughter and 5 year old Bordoodle. Originally from India, we've lived in the US since 2010. We love to travel whenever we can and have enjoyed staying at short term rentals during trips. They make a vacation more immersive, "local" and memorable, even if used as a pitstop for activities.
Since 2022, we've welcomed guests to "Fall River Casita", our little vacation condo in Estes Park, CO. We are right beside Fall river and minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.
