• Please note that construction is underway in this community. Construction noise should be expected during working hours until the building is complete.
• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Noise Ordinance
Town Mountain Breeze is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 9:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck.
