Enjoy peekaboo Gulf views, while the home’s private setting backs up to a lush expansive common area, creating a peaceful, treehouse-like atmosphere.

Pro Tip: Bring your small dog (25 lbs. or less)—both this home and Morgantown Beach are pet-friendly!

Main Level:
King Bedroom with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.
Shared hall bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Upper Level:
Primary King Suite with a private bath, walk-in shower, and balcony access.
Double Queen Bedroom with direct access to the hall bath.
Queen Bedroom sharing the hall bath (Tub/Shower Combo).

A sleeper sofa in the living room increases total occupancy to 12 guests.

For security, an exterior camera is positioned under the home.
