I would like to say this was a wonderful experience. The condo is great. Barbara that handled all my arrangements was very nice. Great communication. She went over and beyond what I expected. The condo is great. There were five of us, three tall young men over six foot each and my husband and I. The rooms are separated by the living room (both have their own bathroom) so two family that get along would do fine. The sleeping was great. We found everything we needed. The room was warm and ready when we arrived. Had a humidifier, which we kept running. Two doors, one from the living room and one from the queen and bunk bed room. It snowed everyday we skied except one. We were a little nervous to venture too far because of all the snow. Plus you could not see either. We are from Georgia where a 1/2 inch shuts the town down. If I had to complain about anything it would be too much snow but we had no trouble getting around in our SUV if we wanted to. But that's not a complaint at all. Everything is close in the village. The information that I was given was exceptional. We did eat in town one night at Iggy's really enjoyed it. The Haus pizza was great in the village. The restaurant down the mountain a piece was a little to high class for us country people. LOL EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE was over and beyond NICE at the resort. The people at the deck.... the owners of the pizza shop.... the snowboard rental shop people..... the ski lift helpers.....and the young man cleaning the snow off the ice skating rink. We have never felt so at home on a vacation. You could not see the slopes from the balcony but a beautiful view of a courtyard ..lots of snow. Ha Ha This was our first time flying to ski and it was great. If we ever travel to ski again we will stay here. LOVED IT!!!
We had a great vacation at Solitude! This unit was clean and cozy- we loved the Christmas tree and decor. Kitchen was stocked. Super close to the lifts, pool, and restaurants. We would definitely return!
