We had a great vacation at this beautiful property. Excellent water views east and west and a short walk to the beach. Great biking and walks as well as close proximity to the fantastic Matunuck Oyster Bar and Theatre by the Sea. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, awesome views and ocean breeze. We enjoyed the location, especially just a few minutes walk to the beach or two excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. We took advantage of the fire pit and the included stand up paddle boards during our stay. Note that the only indoor staircase is a spiral one. Thanks for having us!

This was a perfect location; right on Potter's pond in E Matunuck, with a beautiful view of the area to see sunsets and sunrises. We woke up each morning to see egrets and herons in the wetlands right outside our house. The house had a nice deck with good seating for everyone; and the kitchen was fully stocked with a good working grill. The owners were incredibly responsive to our every need and the house was very clean. They even got us kayaks - which we loved having. There is a launch right next to the house and we kayaked every day. The place also is within walking distance to the beach and they provided us with a wagon to drag our stuff. People should know the place does have a spiral staircase (which could be an issue for small children) but it also has outside stairs to the main part of the house.

Great location and perfect accommodations. Also has a lovely view of the marsh on the deck perfect for morning coffee and sunset cocktails.

We had a really nice week here. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful. We really enjoyed early morning and evenings on the deck.

Great place!!! Overlooking nature area and it was especially beautiful to sit out on deck in mornings and hear/see all the different birds. Thank you for providing binoculars. Inside is very clean and comfortable, perfect for 5 adults. We would absolutely stay here again. Property managers were super nice and quick to respond to any question.

The Burrows Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Egle (and Joe) were amazing hosts. The property was beautiful, super comfortable, and well stocked, and exactly what we anticipated. The short walks to the kayak launch and the beach made the stay easy...and we didn't want to leave and look forward to returning.

We loved the location and the house. Being so close to the beach was a bonus as my family enjoys all kinds ofwater sports. The spiral staircases were difficult for anelderly person like myself. All in all, we had a wonderful time as the views and location were my reason for renting your beautiful home. Thank you.

Such a great house in a fantastic location! Water views all around and great bird watching! We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant Matunuck Oyster Bar for sunset drinks and great food! Egle and her husband were great hosts! Very prompt to respond and a lovely, clean and comfortable house! We will certainly be back!

Scenic Water Front!

The property was beautifully kept and matched exactly what was advertised. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area! Nice touches through out the house and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Immaculate house with gorgeous views

The house was spotless and everything appeared brand new. There are beautiful views of the water from all of the rooms and the living areas are filled with light. It was so great to be able to walk to both the beach and a great restaurant. The host was immediately responsive and very welcoming. We hope to be back!
