Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to airport beaches and theme parks. When you’re at home relax in the screened in pool and enjoy the sunny weather.

Please note pool and spa heating is additional cost at $25/night

Security cameras are used on the property. One at the entry and garage and one facing the pool area. Both cameras are located outside the home.

The Host responded very well during our stay. The home met our needs. The clothes washer walked across the floor during the spin cycles. The heating and cooling worked very well. The pool is well maintained. The low profile of the beds were a little difficult for an older person. The walk-in shower is a plus compared to a tub.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable & we were glad we’re good all stay together. I paid extra (25/day) to have the pool heated and it never warmed up enough to get in. The spa was warm but it would take an 1-2 hrs to get warm. The kitchen was lacking a few essential items (can opener, pizza pan & cutter, hot pads, dish towels & cloths.

House was clean, plenty of towels for the bathrooms AND the pool, easy to communicate with Host and he always replied to my questions quick and accurately. We had absolutely no issues and will most certainly stay again if available next time in Tampa. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND

The house is located near stores, easy to get to other areas of Tampa. The house is clean and there are enough kitchen supplies to cook and enjoy meals. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, it was the main reason we chose this rental.

Great peaceful rental

Overall it was amazing, close by to the mall and plenty of other stores. This rental was very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing week in Tampa! This property was awesome, after the busy day of running around it was so nice to come home to a beautiful pool and hot tub!! 100% recommend! Great communication with our host! Will be back!!!

Perfect place for the family

This place was perfect for me and my family. The pool area was amazing and perfect for those nights where we just needed to relax and unwind. I will definitely look at this place again for our future Tampa getaway.

Nice Stay

We found the house and pool to be exactly what was represented . Very comfortable and great have such a nice size private pool. Location was perfect for us.. Very nice stay and would definitely book again.
