Private Pool Home in a safe, family neighborhood. Enjoy some relaxing time in the large private pool lanai while your dog enjoys the fenced back yard. ** The pool is not heated.**
Prepare meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, or catch a game on the 70" smart TV. Spoil yourself with the KING pillowtop bed in the master. The whole family will enjoy this place to work or play as the Wi-Fi is 400 Mbps and 3 desks are furnished for your convenience.
You will find everything here you would expect at home plus beach chairs, grill, cooler and umbrella, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of cooking tools and small appliances in the kitchen. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc.......
The park /playground pictured is right inside the subdivision.
