Avila Beach Lux has spectacular views and just two short blocks from Avila Beach, recently voted top beach towns in California.

Rich finishes throughout compliment the luxurious amenities. Included is a custom kitchen, Thermador commercial grade appliances and wine storage, Miele coffee bar, smart home technology offering power window coverings, complete A/V home sound system, zoned split system heating & A/C, 12' sliding tri-fold doors which expands the entire great room to the 180 degree ocean viewing deck.

A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area. And don't miss the hot tub on the rooftop! You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the view of the central coast mountains.

Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. A great park for kids with an adjoining basketball court is also close. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting.

Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore.

Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.

Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and read a good book. The options are really endless.

All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food.

Included in the rental rate is access to the hot tub. Should the hot tub malfunction and not be available during the guest's stay, the guest will be refunded $125 for the inconvenience.

NOTICE: Please be aware that there is a construction project near the corner of San Antonia and 1st St. While it may not occur daily, occasional construction activity could take place during your stay.

Girls Trip With My Four Daughters

Everything was wonderful. The home is beautiful and cozy. The views are stunning. It is close to Front Street, so you are within walking distance to everything. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with my girls. We had a great time.

Gorgeous views. Short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Gourmet kitchen and lots of beach amenities. Large bedrooms, well appointed and bathrooms for everyone. Very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for catering to infants with baby gates and high chair. Very much appreciated.

Great weekend getaway for 3 couples

Lots of comfortable community space, incredible kitchen and substantial private space for each of the 3 couples. Used the grill to cook dinner and everything worked wonderfully. Was a very cold night and had trouble maintaining heat in the hot tub once opened up the lid but that might have been operator error on our part. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and heart of Avila Beachfront restaurants and shops. Would definitely consider a return stay.

The kitchen was stocked with nice quality cookware, cooking utensils, dishes and glassware, silverware. There was plenty of cookware and supplies to make a large dinner. Loved cooking in the amazing kitchen while looking out the expansive windows at the beautiful panoramic view of the beach. It was a short walk to the beach. There were items in the garage to use at the beach…beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and lots of beach towels. The upper deck was great with the bbq and hot tub and more ocean views. The house was very clean. The home would be difficult to use for people with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs to get back and forth from the kitchen to the downstairs master bedroom.

Beautiful view & lovely home

Great home for the 6 of us to stay for 4 nights. 4 adults & two kids under 10. 1.5 blocks to the beach and resturants. House was clean and well stocked. The house is very electronic heavy so figuring out lights, oven and complicated coffee machine took some time. We will stay here again next summer.

This is a very upmarket rental with a gorgeous view and extremely comfortable accommodation. Slightly too high-tech for the average person, though. The kitchen is fantastic with everything imaginable you could need but the faucet didn’t work properly which was disappointing and when it did work, no one could figure out quite how to use it! The only flaw is the noise of the hot tub running most of the time which you can’t escape. Certainly one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in.

Easy and good breakfast options at Hula Hut and Avila Market Place. Pier Wine and Beer Bar and Local Taproom are great places to relax at. Had a nice dinner at Custom House. Easy to spend your hole weekend relaxing at this place, but short drive to golf in Morro Bay and more activities in SLO. Kathy with Seven Sisters was awesome. Our second time renting a Seven Sisters property and they are top notch.

Everything as described but the corner window views from the living/dining areas (and master bedroom) were simply the kind that elicit that deep ahhhh and invite you to linger. Clear view of both the Avila Pier, the research pier, lots of sailboats, as well as the mountains towards the east.( We had dinner at Blue Moon over Avila and appreciated the real deal slow simmered broth of the onion soup, the fresh fish and strains of Pomplamoose and Pink Martini over the music speakers in the background.) Great built-in Miele coffee sytem, solid Thermidor appliances, lovely cutlery and artistic furnishings with tasteful beach vibe. Love the plush bath towels. Check in easy. Hope to return when visiting family in the area. Appreciated the 360 degree rooftop view and bbq options there.

Beautiful home and views

My family and I had a great stay at this home. Property owner needed more time to clean and asked if I could check in an hour later which was not a problem. They did allow me to check out later which worked out great. House was super cozy, high end finishes, amazing views and great location. It was very clean and well maintained. The garage had everything you need for the beach. Looking forward to making it our annual trip!
