The imposing Mediterranean-style house is located on a plot of 28,000 m2 near Alcudia. The architecturally attractive building with several balconies and covered terraces is situated in the middle of a very well-maintained and lush garden.



At the foot of the house, the large 12 x 6 meter pool invites you to take a dip. From the terrace with 6 sun loungers and porch, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the beautiful landscape and hills that surround it.



The exterior has different furnished areas to rest, sunbathe, or celebrate outdoor meals, as well as a perfect barbecue to enjoy with family or friends.



The house offers 5 rooms with air conditioning (3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub (1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs), in addition to an exterior bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In addition, you can eat at the large table in the living room or even better on the outdoor terrace. The kitchen and living room are also equipped with air conditioning.



This incredible farm is only 3.5 km from the town of Alcudia and its picturesque streets and markets, and of course, the famous white sand beach of Alcudia Bay, with turquoise water.



I spent some relaxing vacations on a well-maintained and comfortable farm, not far from the most beautiful towns of Mallorca and some of the island's most beautiful beaches.

Lage perfekt um den Norden zu erkunden. Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern

Ausstattung ist alles da was man für 10 Personen braucht. Gartenanlage ist traumhaft schön und bestens gepflegt. Innen im Jagdhaus Stil etwas älter eingerichtet, aber alles in bestem Zustand. Gab keinerlei Probleme und Kommunikation mit der Agentur funktioniert sehr gut

Traumhafte Finca – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Finca! Alles war bestens – das Haus ist riesengroß und perfekt durchdacht für eine größere Gruppe (bis zu 10 Personen). Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight: gepflegt, weitläufig und mit einem tollen, großen Pool, der zum Entspannen und Spaßhaben einlädt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der großzügige Innenhof rund um die Finca – ideal für Kinder zum Spielen oder gemütliche Abende im Freien. Die Lage ist super: In nur 10 Minuten ist man in Alcúdia und auch andere schöne Orte in der Umgebung sind gut erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Wer auf schnelles Internet angewiesen ist, könnte etwas eingeschränkt sein – das WLAN ist nicht das schnellste. Aber wer wirklich abschalten und entspannen möchte, wird das kaum vermissen. Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Internetzugang beziehungsweise Reichweite

Very fine house

We like the big pool, the big rooms in the house, the easy acces to the villa. And also a fine garden. We also appreciated the fast respons from the agency regarding solving some smalle things. We would like to come back. More shadow at the pool. Maybe a seal under the pergola. Pooltowels should be in the house. More efford in the floor cleaning.

Het huis, de tuin en de locatie zijn fantastisch

Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is erg mooi aangelegd en bijgehouden. In de omgeving is binnen een kwartier rijden veel leuks te doen. Het enige minpunt waren de bedden de matrassen waren echt heel slecht.

Sehr schöne lage, wundervoller Garten und Pool. Viele verschiedene sitzgelegenheiten, ausreichende ausstattung. Die Doppelbetten waren für uns (mit Kind) zu schmal, sodass wir uns zum schlafen aufteilen mussten. Außerdem war die matratze sehr durchgelegen. Im Haus waren viele Ameisen. Mülltonnen in der Nähe oder eine Lagebeschreibung wäre schön gewesen.

Brilliant accommodation, a little dated on the inside, as seen in the pictures, so couldn’t complain. Had a couple issues on the first day with the power, but somebody was straight out to sort the issue. We all had a great time there and would happily return.

Great place to stay

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this property and it looks amazing on the outside and around the pool. Inside is a little more dated than I expected with some unusual artwork and decorations. Please be careful as they do charge for electricity separately at the end of the week , I've been staying in Mallorca for 15 years and never had this before so got a bill of £125 for electricity which seems very high. Also the broadband failed after 2 days. In general I liked and was very clean but was let down buy a few avoidable issues.

Escape to the sunshine

The villa was nice and spacious, with a great pool and BBQ - we had a few issues with the electricity but company very responsive and got sorted.

Schöne, geräumige Villa, sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe von Port Alcudia. Das Haus bietet schöne Außenseiten. Der Pool und seine Umgebung sind gut ausgestattet, zum Beispiel hat jeder eine Liege. wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Es gab auch eine aufblasbare Matratze und einen Rettungsring während unseres Aufenthalts. Die kleine Lounge am Pool ist gemütlich. Es gibt ein Zimmer mit sehr praktischem WC im Freien. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für den guten Service und Betreuung .

Just make sure you have car to explore as the location is a little remote, not a major issue though. Thank you IPM and the owner!!

Tolles Haus! Toller Pool! Toller Urlaub! Leider nur eine Woche haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt bzw. sogar übertroffen. Das Haus ist weitläufig und der Poolbereich etwas ganz besonderes. Es handelt sich hier wirklich um eine sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage (keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den schönen Abschnitten des Strandes in Alcudia). Wir würden ein Auto empfehlen – sonst benötigt man nichts weiter. Wir sind sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub! Vielen Dank!
