In the popular holiday region of Cádiz, the apartment Mayo 1 is located on the ground floor of Villa Mayo, a vacation home with a total of 5 apartments. It consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 1.50 meters and the other with a bunk bed), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. It also offers Wi-Fi and television. The property provides a baby crib upon request and according to availability; guests can also bring their own if they wish, as there is enough space in the room. The house has air conditioning in the living room.



Outside, a private, covered, and furnished terrace invites you to relax in the afternoons with a glass of wine. Additionally, all guests have access to a pool with loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, shared with the other 4 apartments. The owners rent the other apartments exclusively to couples and families and place great importance on adhering to house rules, so there is no need to worry about noisy groups of young people or parties at the pool. From November to May, the pool is available for exclusive use.



Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a few minutes' drive away. The nearest beach, located in a small, quiet bay, is 1.7 km or a 6-minute drive away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the premises. Please note that there may be governmental regulations regarding water at the time of your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.



Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Pets are not allowed. Unregistered guests are not permitted; only registered guests may use the property's facilities.
