Our family of four had a great stay! Place was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. The view was great and access to the beach was wonderful. The beach supply closet was particularly nice. It's great to know too that if you end up buying something for a kiddo while you're there you can just leave it and another visitor can enjoy it (until it inevitably breaks as we know all those things eventually do). It was our first time in Indian Shores but if we ever come back we will definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. One of the first things we noticed was how updated the condo felt. The décor was fresh and modern, without feeling trendy or overdone, and it was a nice change from many beach rentals that feel dated.We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. It was the perfect spot to relax, and we loved being able to step back inside to the air conditioning whenever we wanted.Another feature we really appreciated was the large storage room stocked with everything you could need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon that made getting everything down to the sand so easy.Jody, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond whenever we had a question, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.The condo was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We’d gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Great communication by the property managers. It was clean, updated and provided cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon for carrying stuff to the beach. We travel a lot and this place fits the bill!
