Hi Michele, thank you so much for the five stars and for sharing your experience with us! I’m so happy you and your furry friend had such a nice stay. I’m sorry the neighboring pup caught you off guard and made things a little less relaxing than expected. While the shared outdoor space and pet arrangements are noted in the listing, I completely understand how that could still be an adjustment once you arrived. We really appreciate you staying with us and would absolutely love to welcome you both back again! – Paula, Heirloom Vacations

Was hard with a young family, (5 month, 2 year, and 4 year old) had to spend extra time at the rental. Could use a good deep clean but likely due to it being the end of the vacation season. Overall nice just harder with a young family

Hi Craig, thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us! I’m glad you still had a nice stay overall, and I really appreciate you being candid about what made things a little more challenging for your family. I also appreciate you mentioning the cleanliness concerns. We do have deep cleanings scheduled for this time of year, so your feedback is especially helpful as we work through those seasonal refreshes. I’ll also be reaching out to learn a little more about your experience. We’d really love the chance to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future! – Paula, Heirloom Vacations

My husband, our son, daughter-in-law and our granddaughter had a great vacation in Duluth. Sea Glass Cottage was clean with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The reason I rated this Vrbo good, instead of excellent, is that the deck off the kitchen has a broken railing, which is a safety concern. In general, the two decks off the kitchen and the living room are showing signs of aging and need new coats of paint, etc.
