Great 2 bedroom home in an excellent location.

2314 Hoover St is in a great location – just 4 miles from downtown Duluth, 1.8 miles to the Miller Hill Mall, and a short 0.9 miles to the Piedmont trails where you can be overlooking the entire Duluth harbor while running, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing. This charming 2 story house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood perfect for anyone that wants to enjoy the wonderful attractions that Duluth has to offer, yet retreat to your private house in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes away.
This house has its own back yard with fire pit, and attached garage to park a vehicle with additional off street parking. Guests enjoy a morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the back yard. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed, full bathroom, and access to the second story deck. The main floor has a large dining room table which seats up to 8, living room and kitchen with access to the main level deck out the back door.
The house has AC units in both bedrooms and on the main floor, along with a washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Also included is a LG 48” smart TV, Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and blu ray/DVD player. The yard is big enough for kids to play in, and the house is only two blocks away from the Piedmont elementary school which has a great playground for the kids. We keep the house in excellent condition and very clean.
Long term renters are welcome. We offer a generous (around 50% depending on the booking dates) discount ($2,250 a month) for guests wanting to stay 28 days or longer between September and May.

This was a great option for our family with 2 young kids. The house was comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Not far from lots of fun spots, good food and breweries. It had a closet big enough for a small kiddo to stay in, a pack’n’play and a good variety of toys.

My wife bought this house more than 16 years ago as her first house. We lived in it together before we started a family. We loved the area so much we moved less than a mile away in the same neighborhood. We have been renting houses for more than 5 years. We really enjoy the location this house has to offer and the people in this neighborhood we have met through the years. We especially enjoy the access to the Piedmont trails, where within minutes you can walk, ski, hike, or bike to a stunning view overlooking Duluth and the harbor. The house is centrally located in a great neighborhood that is a short drive to anywhere in Duluth.

What makes this property unique

Very few vacation rentals make you feel at home with a quiet, residential setting to compliment a nice back yard and privacy of being on your own lot.
