We loved this rental! A quiet, out-of-the-way location equally close to Boyne City and Charlevoix. Loved tge deck/patio and super spacious living areas. Host was responsive and helpful... we hope to be back again.

Very spacious home with a beautiful and huge yard. Lots of room for the kids to play. Really like the central location in that it was within half an hour driving distance of both Petoskey and Charlevoix… and it was also less than 15 minutes from Boyne city. I’d like to be so close to the various towns, but not having to be right in the middle of everything.

Very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. House was clean and orderly. Peacefully situated in a picturesque meadow landscape. The owner was very attentive with checkin instructions and use. Would love to stay here again.

Vacation with Family and Friends

Place was very nice plenty of room. Nice private area. It put us in an area in the middle of everything we wanted to do. All with in 30 mins of everything! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Our stay was great. The house was everything we needed and more! There was plenty of room for our group of 9, and the house could have EASILY accommodated several more. The house was clean and well stocked, and communication with the owners was great. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with a large group coming in the area!

Beautiful home and location

Our annual ladies trip turned out wonderful. The house was very clean, lots of room for the 5 of us with 6 bedrooms, Beautiful location with a very nice fire pit which was nice to sit out in the evening. The location was great, half way between Boyne City and Charlevoix - both cities were great to visit. I would highly recommend this house, plenty of dishes, cook ware to accommodate our group, as well as towels, etc. Owner was easy to correspond with, everything went very smoothly!

Family Wedding Weekend

This property was great! We stayed for our nieces wedding at castle farms. House is close to the venue if you take the near by ferry. The house had plenty of space for our family especially to get ready for the wedding! Beautiful porch and yard! Plenty of seating inside and out. Close to Charlevoix and Boyne City which had great bars and restaurants. The property owner was very kind and answered my many texts and questions. We look forward to hopefully come back one day!

Traveled with my 4 sisIters and 3 of their daughters. This house was a perfect size. We actually had plenty of room for 8 of us with beds to spare. The firepit in the evening was a plus! It was close to the beach and had easy access over to Charlevoix by ferry.The host was great in communicating and very accommodating. I look forward to staying again in the future. Definately 10 out of 10 in my book.
